It's a Halloween Tradition!

There's a device in the Nexus. In fact, it looks quite similar to one that was sitting in the Nexus just about a year ago.

It looks like a large slot machine, with what appears to be a mechanical crank. However, instead of slot reels, the crank activates a skeletal-looking mechanical hand, which is designed to shake and then drop a pair of dice onto a roulette. At the base is a dispenser.

A sign sits next to it, reading: "You Feel Lucky? Take a Chance, and Roll the Dice. Frightfully wonderful winnings!"

Care to take a chance?

((Anybody remember this from last year? :D;;;

Ok, so, the machine dispenses LOL by way of chance. Your character pulls the crank, and the dice gets rolled. What happens to your character depends on the score. Oogie Boogie's watching, and he has a system for it.

As soon as your characters makes the attempt, I'll use this site to detirmine their score: http://www.irony.com/igroll.html.

If the dice gets you a score between 1 and 6, nothing happens, and your character gets a seemingly innocent prize.
If the dice gets you a score between 7 and 12, Oogie will do something to them focusing on scaring them out of their wits.

If you want your character to get a higher score and get frightened, just say so, and I'll forgo taking the chance and just say they got one. And if you have a particular scare in mind for your character, just say so.

Warning, though, as Oogie's a twisted bag of bugs. However, no one's life is threatened here, it'll just seem that way.))
