It's actually a pretty difficult question either way. My uncle's got the most raw physical power in my family, at any rate.

As for the Nexus... I've seen at least three Satans, a Yahweh or two, several Thors, and even a talking Death Star. Figuring out which is the most powerful is pretty much an academic exercise at that point.
