"Hello, Nexus! Is there a doctor in the house?" Alison grinned and bounced happily on the balls of her feet. Not exactly the usual behavior of one looking for medical attention.
"It's not for me. Or, rather... it's not entirely for me. I've never felt better in my entire life. But, I am pregnant. This is my second pregnancy and the first had... complications. So, I need someone with good experience with high risk pregnancies. And alien physiologies, since I'm more or less human and my husband is not."
She continued smiling and bouncing as she spoke. "So, is anyone here, or does anyone know, a good doctor?"
