Hello, Nexus.

Two red orbs peer from the shadows. These shadows seem to be self-produced by whatever figure was standing there, because one would think that the backside of the Nexus sign would never be so dark.

Putting that fact aside, the figure stepped forward. It was a man.....sort of. Yes, a man. But that didn't matter. What mattered wass that there was a ( Read more... )

"There was some drunk vulcan girl that was totally freaking on me, if that's who you mean. Otherwise, no. I haven't eaten seen anyone that looked similar to you."

"And she has not been seen since, I assume?"

((yeah, that'd be her. She keeps telling me about the ID she has on the internet, and personally, it's freaking me out a little.))

"Not that I've seen. I think you might want to keep an eye on her. She seems dangerous. She thought my ears were cute." Which to him seems dangerous for some reason.

"If it's any consolation, I think the whole look is badass. ESPECIALLY the ears." He nodded, looking very sure of himself.

((Your pup is only spared mental trauma by the fact that Russell is male. The ears are badass, but they ARE adorable. And it would just sound QUEER if Russell Faraday called his ears 'cute'.))

((Hi. One of the Sages mods here. Is the OOC portion of your post a joke? If not, I'd like to suggest that you immediately contact another family member *and* the police to tell them your concerns? I'm not sure we're in a position to tell you how your sister has been, since I don't have any idea who she plays or who she is out of character.))

((Hey hey now, let's not overreact and call the frickin' POLICE on this girl right away. Parents can be weird. Maybe they're just overreacting because their kid's spending ages on the internet and they're not sure why. I mean, we all know how addictive this Nexus thing is, right?))

((I'm not saying that the problem might not be serious. I'm just saying I don't think we know enough to suggest calling the Police right now, is all.))

((*/end 2 cents*))

((My suggestion was to contact an appropriate family member and/or agency regarding the mother supposedly slipping drugs to the girl. Not call the police on the girl herself.))

((Ah, I see. In that case I'd still say hold off on calling the police though, in favor of trying to sort the matter out within the family first. The mother could be overreacting, and contacting people who to her would seem to be unfamiliar strangers may only worsen things.))

"....If she's claiming to be related to me, I hope not." He chuckles.

((She did? That's messed up. We've got her at rehab now, they found out my mother's got her on this crap for a while.))

((You did note taht was a totally IC response? A character is saying the character of Miki wouldn't get her stomach pumped. The player, as they did not comment on that end of things, ,most likely has no idea how your sister feels on the matter of getting her stomach pumped when intoxicated. For someone who's playing a character right now, you don't seem to get that that knowing about a character doesn't have much to do with knowing about a person. Is this some kind of a joke?))

((It's just that normally one would not 'flip a shit' about someone saying they should go to get their stomach pumped in a hospital. Unless she misunderstood what the person was saying, but I fail to see how that would be possible in this case. I saw the post myself. 'Miki' rarely sees the fine line between reality and pretend. Did you notice that she has only once referred to her character as a pup? She talks about alternate realities and Miki being her 'past life' all the time. I'm really scared.))
