Heh, got any recommendations for how to do that? Is there a way to distract yourself and keep your mind on task at the same time?

Focusing just on what you're saying and not on who you're saying it to helps.

Mm, I can see that. Life tends to spring plenty of surprises on people that way.

Huh... I guess that is something to think about. I have to make sure the way I'm saying it is directed at them and their station but I suppose I could figure that out beforehand. That should make it easier to focus on the words themselves as well as make sure I'm saying everything I need to.

Post-poned freaking, heh. Sounds like one of those things that's easier said than done, but worth a shot. Maybe if I freak out a lot before hand I'll be able to split the difference before and after.
