"I think that's a great idea! It would certainly make for an interesting report because you got to see it up close I think," Yukari, Ruby perched on her head once again, said as Nyamo came by and stood next to her.
"I don't know, it would seem that it could be unfair to the other students since they don't have that option, Yukari." Yukari looks at Nyamo like she's absolutely bonkers while Ruby decides to pounce off her head and run to Aya. She hasn't forgotten the sushi.
"Aw, but come one, it would be fun! You get to see what it was really like and everything! Besides, books never really tell you everything anyway," Yukari smirks over at Nyamo, believing her point to be incredibly stronger.
"Exactly," Nyamo glares in Yukari's direction as she begins her argument, "assignments are given to see what a student can do with the information available to both them and other students and see how creative and interesting they can be."
"She's got you there Nyamo, you know that those things are never fair. I thought even a P.E. teacher like you would know that," she smirked again at Nyamo.
"But that's not the point, the point is that this is still unfair to those students who can't actually go and see ancient Rome, Yukari. There's always the library."
Yukari stares at Nyamo, "Who even uses those anymore?" Ruby takes this opportunity to nuzzle against Aya's leg. She believes that Aya is the bringer of sushi and she wants some.
"Well, all we can really do is give advice anyway. We can't force you to do one or the other, it's really entirely your decision," Nyamo shrugged. She was all for letting the students do what they wanted, but she firmly believed in also being a moral compass for them as well.
...Unlike her partner over there, who would do something like this in a flash if it meant a better grade back in her earlier years. "I'm not sure, I havn't figured out exactly what she eats either. Normally I just give her whatever we're eating, though chocolate has never been one of those things."
"I don't think it would be a very good idea, I know giving chocolate to dogs is a bad idea, so I think it would be a good idea to play it safe and not let her have any." Ah Nyamo, always the voice of reason.
The mun here personally thinks that Nyamo was saying that it was just wrong to use any information in the paper. Going to Rome would still be very cool.
Ruby sulks slightly, having a general idea of what Aya's saying to her. Yukari is always up for free food, however. "I don't think we're doing anything, are we Nyamo?"
"Not as far as I can remember. We'd love to come over, Aya," Nyamo smiled at Aya. Ruby looked decidedly happier.
((Mun needs to head off to bed. Always nice to talk with Aya! *luffles on*))
Aya leads the way back to her house in the Nexus. She toes off her shoes and leaves the door open. She goes to the kitchen to remove a platter of fresh sushi.

She frowns. "I hadn't thought of that. It would be kind of unfair."
She brightens as Ruby runs over and reaches out to pet the cute Pokemon.

Ruby is always up for petting! Petting is good.

"But going to Rome would be fun! And not all students ever have access to the same resources. Some students have more books or more databases."

"I'd take my whole class to Rome, but that would cause problems. I care about being fair, but not to the point of exposing anything about the Nexus."
Aw! Ruby is so cute. "Do you think it would be okay if I gave Ruby a chocolate bar?" She isn't sure what Pokemon eat.

Oh, my.
"I'm sorry, Ruby. I only have chocolate.
"Unless you three would like to come to my house for a snack."
