I don't quite understand - you are saying that regardless of any other thing, if we can do things humans cannot, we must register our abilities? The vastness of the multiverse....you simply cannot have enough space, paper or data-wise, for such a list. On top of that - not all have a name. For example - I have had millions of names, and now the one I have is only as fleeting as this body, a mere hundred years, a blink of an eye so to speak.

It doesn't make much sense.

You are a military man through and through, Tony Stark, Iron Man. And one of.. interesting histories and strategies. And I doubt your shield has the power to keep me out. Myself and my power are older then your species.
