"Such a weighty question to ponder. My first instinct would be to try and find out if he is telling the truth, if you it is even possible to do so. I would try and clear my mind at this point as such a momentous statement is likely to cause some confusion." Shin thinks for a while. "I think you have to make a decision at this point whether the future hes offering you is worth forsaking the (possible) lie you are living. Strange as it may seem, some people are apt to choose lies over truth, which are you?"
Adora nods, listening. "I am drawn to him. And some part of me wishes to believe him. I have never known a mother or a father, after all. Yet...he claims that Hordak is evil, and I don't know if I can believe that."
Shin nods understandably. "A conflict in your feelings about people like that can be hard to reconcile, especially if you are being offered something you have never had. Perhaps the way lies somewhere in between? Find out why he thinks that way of Hordak and try to discover whether his story rings more of truth or deceit"
"My instincts tell me that he does not lie. But believing him would mean giving up everything that I have ever understood to be true. I'm not sure if I'm ready for that yet."
