"Well, I think if you don't treat it like a big deal then that'd go a long way. If you get all nervous or moreclosed off then it'd just make things worse."

"Onii-" Ginta blinked and cut himself off, surprised at the fact that he'd almost adressed Aya-san as one would a brother. He felt the overwhelming urge to hid behind bangs that were not there out of the resulting embarrassment. He shook his head to get rid of all these strange impulses. "Um, Fujimiya-san... you know how Aya-chan's soul was kind of shoved out during the ritual? We, um, we've found it."

He is prepared to tell Ginta that although he is his sister's boyfriend, it will never be appropriate for Ginta to refer to him as a brother. When Ginta shakes his head, he watches Ginta with concern.

This may be the first time Ginta has ever seen him smile. He reaches out to grab Ginta by the shoulders.

"The we can recover it. Where is it?"

There is a large part of Ginta that is very nervous about telling Aya-san were the soul is. There is another newer influence that is very calmed and cheered by the smile and the contact.

"Well, see... it's kind of already been recovered, if not restored to her directly. It's, um..." He ducks his head to compensate for the fact that, again, there are no bangs to hide behind. "...I'm carrying it. Inside me."

He blinks in mute confusion. What Ginta is telling him frightens him, so covers it anger.

Aya is not the type of person to ask 'What?' when he has heard something clearly. And another question seems more pressing. "How do we get it back where it belongs?" he demands.

Eep! Aya-san anger. That causes the reaction of cowering from both souls present.

"I-I'm pretty sure the excorcism needs to take place first. It... her soul... it doesn't react well to the powers of the demon at all so we need to get rid of that before calling it back, I'm pretty sure."

A wave of self-loathing washes over him. It's fairly familiar. If what the boy is saying is true, and he has his doubts, then sister's soul is inside him.

He speaks as gently as he can manage, "Then that is what we will focus on.

"What do you need from me?"

Ginta simply nods, glad for the calming in demeanor.

"I'm... not sure, really. Um, just your support, I think. Your being around for all of this... it's a good thing." He didn't even need Aya's soul with him to know that much was needed.

((Ack, sorry I missed seeing this post earlier. ._. Fell asleep at the comp.))

"Of course I will support her." Her soul is inside... "I will support you both," he stammers. "If you'll let me."

If the boy is misleading him about this, Aya will kill him.

That... wow. Ginta knew that that last statement was due mostly to his involvement in this and the fact Aya-chan's soul was in him but... still. He'd kind of needed to hear something like that and hadn't even realized it. That combined with the reaction from Aya-chan's soul was manifesting itself into a fairly mushily grateful expression.

"That... yes, of course. That means a lot, Fujimiya-san." And if it wasn't apparent enough that Aya-chan's soul was there before, this sudden impulse to give Aya-san a hug should make it obvious. Ginta will be mortified once the soul-bleed subsides. Provided he doesn't die first, of course.

The look goes a long way to explaining his sister's weakness for the boy.

The tension in his muscles is brief and nearly unnoticable. He will not kill the boy who my be sharing his sister's soul. Oh, God.

He hugs Ginta back, and it's not even the macho one-armed guy-hug or hug-with-manly-back slap. He hugs Ginta as tenderly as he would one of his sisters.

He coughs, and loosens his hold to give Ginta the opportunity to pull away.

"Where is Aya now?"

((Aya-chan would probably stay in house or nearby as long as Ginta appeared to need her. Maybe she is picking up groceries?))

Aya-chan's soul demands clinginess as long as there are Onii-chan hugs to be had. However, when Aya-san starts to let go Ginta does pull back and joins in the nervous coughing. He has decided that, instead of being visibly mortified, he is going to act like nothing out of the ordinary has happened here.

"Ah, she went to run an errand to get some food, I think. She should be returning to the house in the Nexus soon."

He tries not be upset about the boy letting Aya out of his site, he could never keep track of his sister after all, no matter how hard he tried.

He tries to figure out how to act. He suspects it would be the right gesture to put his hand on the boy's shoulder, but he isn't used to reaching out anyone who is not his sister.

"Let's wait for her there."

Ginta nods in agreement before leading the way to the house. On the way there he reflects how odd it is that he feels more at ease around Aya-san while simultaneously feeling the most awkward aroudn him that he ever has.

((Does that seem like a good wrap point to you?))
