A mirror laid in the nexus, it's silver-backed surface reflecting the light and everything within it's gaze - though the reflections seem murky and dark if one actually takes a look in it. And prolong viewing may gave the viewer a creeping sensation of someone... no, something peering right back.

Do you dare to peer into the mirror?

Fitz, overcome by curiosity, picks the mirror up and peers at it. "What's a mirror doing on the floor?" ...Oh dear...

Well, Fitz makes a cute puppy, at least.

"Beast Boy?" An unusually cheery Raven asks, "Is that you?" She doesn't look into the mirror because she's already under an LOL she doesn't see it. If she did, well, she just saw Beast Boy turn into a telephone. "Haven't you learned to avoid random mirrors yet?"

*Haha obviously he has not. However he can't say that, d'oh. The phone rings obnoxiously. Will Raven pick up?*

If there's a disturbance tied to the Golden Land's corrupted form, it's a safe bet that at some point, Princess Zelda will notice. Alas, even the Triforce of Wisdom is no protection against glancing into the mirror as she picked it up to try to determine what was wrong with it. But that was a moment ago, and the princess is gone now. In her place stands a weeping willow.

Victor wasn't looking where she was going. As usual. She picked the wrong time to pay attention.

Her mun is going to go to Mun-Hell one of these days.

Very shiny blueness suddenly catches Io's eye.

"EEEEEEE! A blue morpho!" She bounces over squealing in delight, gazing enthralled at the butterfly's iridescent wings and reaching gently out towards it.

"There are several species with coloration like this but if I had to guess I'd say it looks like morpho peleides, which is one of my favorite varieties, although I'm also rather fond of morpho cypris and morpho rhetenor. And then there's morpho hecuba, the largest type of morpho butterfly commonly known as the sunset morpho, which isn't blue but which is still damn pretty..."

Can we tell that someone's been obsessing doing her homework? Unfortunately, Io's foot takes this moment to bump against the mirror, and she glances down at it. "Huh?"

Bamf. There is now a large white panther in the Nexus. Io blinks, looks down at herself, and seems rather unfazed. "Whoops. I would've expected a housecat, though..."

She flitted out of reach quickly. Did the Powers That Be mention how scared Victor was of butterflies? They fell apart. She couldn't stand them.

"No. No pretty. Scary. Scaryscaryscary!"

She landed on a table, opening her wings to look bigger than she was so that no one would hurt her accidentially.
