Peter sighs, head in his hands, sitting on a convenient Nexus Wall. Not a very high one.

"So, I finally have friends. Why do I still feel so lonely?"

"Friends can be good, sometimes you want more than friends." Jubilee leans against a wall, "someone to share your life and self with."

[the_spidey]

He smiles slightly at her. "Yeah, maybe. I guess there really isn't anyone I can share all of my life with."

[in_jubilation]

"I know that feeling. And it can be hard find someone interested in you, that is willing to give it a shot." Jubilee sighs softly, looking up at him, "but you can not give up, right?"

[the_spidey]

He shakes his head. "It's not that. There are two girls interested in me, and I really like them both, but I still can't share my life with them."

[in_jubilation]

"Why not?"

[the_spidey]

He just shakes his head.

[in_jubilation]

Jubilee shrugged, "okay so you do not want to talk about it. But Peter, if you do not at least try... you have no one to blame but yourself."

[the_spidey]

"You see, the thing I can't tell them is that I'm Spider-Man!" He grins, and laughs.

Jubilee stares at him, then in a calm collected voice she said, "You just told me and nothing happened. Why can't you tell them?"

[the_spidey]

He puts on a straight face. "I was joking. Do I look like a super hero?"

She gave him a look, a cold hard look. "Anyone can be. Even you. Peter."

[the_spidey]

"And would I say I was if I were?" He squirms, a little.

[in_jubilation]

"I would believe you." Jubilee looks at him, "And... would understand why you have it so tough. And wish I could help you, because you are a great guy... as Peter... as Spider Man... no matter what."

[the_spidey]

"Thanks for that." He grins at her. "If I ever do decide to go gallivanting about in pajamas, I'll be sure to let you know."

[in_jubilation]

"I doubt that." Jubilee replies. "Because you all ready have kept it from me, so why tell me in the future?"
