*the captain nods as well* A fine reputation, as long as your loyalty is never blind. Loyalty is laudable but can be foolish unless tempered with good sense, I find.

You must always maintain your own opinions. *he tilts his head, blue eyes almost amused* But never share them with your superiors. They might not agree, you see, and that can lead to some terrible misunderstandings.
