Freya walks into the Nexus, thumbing through a random fashion magazine. A half-dozen more are tucked under one arm, and the remains of another are being batted about by her cats. Suddenly she stops, turning the magazine sideways. "Well, that must take a lot of work to get into," she mutters to herself

Being part of the military, I'm required to wear a uniform, but I chose the profession before they handed me my outfit. Changes in my attire are a result of changes in my position, not the other way around.

"I see. It is a very nice uniform." She touches his cheek with a glowing hand, then smiles.

Roy shrugs and moves to run a hand through his hair, but his head seems to be covered in a hood of sorts and his hand in a plush claw. He stares. He studies. He notices the studded necklace and the turtle shell around his torso. "...What the hell?" he asks no one in particular. He raises his head to the woman before him. "Did you do this?!"

She smiles. It's the sort of smile that says 'yes, and there's nothing you can do about that.'

Roy grimaces. He's probably had this coming for quite some time. "You wouldn't happen to have a mirror would you?"

"No, I didn't think to bring one."

"Damn...."

"I suppose you'll have to go home and use one there."

Hughes has no idea what Roy's dressed as, all he knows is that it's damn funny to look at so he takes the picture anyway. A bright flash announces the presence of his 35mm and he's chuckling to himself, this was just too good to pass up.

There's a blinding light from Roy's right and he knows just what that means. He turns his head to glare at Hughes, but is met with the inside of his special new helmet and is forced to shuffle his whole body around to get a good look at his so-called friend. "I didn't think I wanted you dead, but..." Can you see the vein throbbing? Maybe not, it might be hidden by the Bowser head.

"Oh come on Roy, can't you take a little bit of fun every now and then? Besides, you know I'm not going to show this EVERYBODY. Just maybe Jean, Sheska, Al, Ed, and Riza. Ya know, no one TOO important," he grins.

"You don't have to show me the picture, I'm seeing it for myself" Jean says as he comes up from behind Hughes, grinning. Is he holding back his laughter? Most definitely. "However, I would like a copy of the picture"

Roy leans around Hughes to get a look at Jean, and stumbles a bit, put off balance by his big, horned head. "Great. Can't we just parade me around and drop the photo evidence? At least no copies, for Pete's sake!" And he hasn't even seen himself yet....

"But we need photographical evidence this happened Roy, you'll just deny it otherwise," Hughes grinned. "Don't worry about copies, I'm going to get plenty made of this," he whispered to Jean.

"I wouldn't!! You'd never let me live it down!!!" He glares. "And no you won't." He doesn't have to hear to know what's being discussed. He knows both of you well enough.

Jean nods, because he agrees with Hughes. Roy would deny it.

"Thanks Hughes" Jean whispers back to Hughes and after a quick glance at Roy's irate face he adds, "Actually can you get me a few copies, I think Roy will burn them as he finds them"
