Where I come from, a war is going on. The armies were granted the right to use any means necessary to win by my grandfather, Souzen, and those rights were maintained by my father Azulon, and now they are maintained by myself. But now, with the war drawing to an end, the armies are abusing their power. They are tarnishing the reputation of a great nation. They steal, they torture, they murder. Acceptable in times of war, against enemies. But now they use such measures on civilians, and with peace approaching, I seek to limit their power. How might I go about this? A revolt from my own generals would destroy the progress we worked a century to make.
