Axl's expression brightened, and he grinned up at Greed. "Exactly! The higher-ups at HQ are just WAY too stuffy. If I stop bringing some fun into their lives, who would take my place?"

"It's tough to be the man, kid. I should know."

"Yeah, it really sucks when nobody appreciates your efforts to make them laugh." Axl-pout of ultimate cuteness, anyone? "My name's Axl by the way. What's yours?"

"It sounds very shiny, with all the sparkles, but I think having to clean a while is fair. After all, the feather and sparkle covered people didn't exactly volunteer to become walking works of art, did they?"

"Well...they didn't volunteer...but that's not the point here!" He pouted. "It gets so BORING there during peacetime. If these things didn't happen once in a while I bet the boredom would jump up and stab them. I dunno how they can stand it!"

"If the boredom jumped up and stabbed someone, it wouldn't be very boring boredom would it?"

"Yeah, but then it would have stabbed them and they'd bleed all over the place and they'd die." Axl was either still very sulky over the whole thing, or he'd just had some sugar.

"You probably deserved it. You sound like you are a lot like my friends."

Cue a wibbling, pouting Axl.

"But...it's not like anyone got hurt."

"Not physically. I've had my share of pranks played by those whom I consider my best friends. I probably should try harder to control them, but I simply can't."

He scratched his head then, looking a little guilty.

"Well...it's not like it didn't catch me too...those sparkles are really hard to get off." He grinned sheepishly. "If I had more to do around HQ besides paperwork, I probably wouldn't do that kinda thing."

..I really hope you didn't pull that one while in the cafeteria. Glittery food is not happy.

"Well, I had to be there to set it off, but I waited til I was done eating." And he huffed. "I didn't get caught, technically! They just assumed it was me and assumed right." He paused, tilting his head at the other. "...wait...you look kinda familiar..."
