Daniel steps in and tries to look innocent and cuddly. "My dad is always too busy with work or the Autobots or kissing mom to pay attention to me anymore," he states simply, "So I've decided to get out of his hair and get a new dad. Anyone up for the job?" He smiles, "I don't take up much space and I like strawberry ice cream.

Really, this is just another ploy to get Spike to finally notice him -- but he knows better than to admit it out loud.
