And Kit just grinned and shook his head..

No worries, I tend to look at any money I get as gravy, really..

Long as I can play, and love what I do.. I'm happy.

Looking around before half chuckling to himself..

Why do I get the feeling that this place is just going to get wierder and weirder?

"Because it will." He fishes around his pockets and pulls out... junk, sorting through it. He finds a shiny stone and looks over, "Opal?"

"Weird is a way of life here. If you're not weird... your weird for not being weird."

And fingers find themselves strumming "Their Coming to take me away.(Ha Ha)" as he laughs..

Well, looks like I belong here after all.. and I'd hate to be wierd by not being wierd enough..

Chuckling as he stops playing and hands the old six-string up to you. You can tell it's been through a lot over the years, and there's a slightly faded band sticker on the underside, with a logo composed of five fox tails making a curved spiral pattern.

Be gentle, she's been through a lot in her old age.

Alec does take it gently, with a nod. He holds it somewhat awkwardly as if he's used to something else for a second before picking out a spritely dance melody. "It's different from what I'm used to.." he says as he plays.

Kit's fingers tapped on his knee in time with your playing, head nodding with the beat and a grin on his lips..

It might be the neck, it's a little longer than the average on my world, but I find it shortens the tone a little, lets you focus more on fingerwork.. but you've got skill.. oughta start busking yourself.. good way to make a few bucks..

"Nah... when I say different than I'm used to, I meant a different instrument. I'm not that good... but my uncle, he was training me to be a bard when I was younger. Unfortunately I can't sing worth a lark, so that didn't go anywhere." He offers the instrument back.

Grinning as he adjust the strings again out of habit..

And yeah, nothing like familial plans, I've had to deal with some in my lifetime..
