Two new arrivals...
*A loud scream pierces the -- well, the Nexus isn't generally silent, but the fact it comes from somewhere above most of the resident's heads is probably going to catch some attention. And it gets louder and shriller, right up to the point that a male body slams into the floor.*
*For several minutes, he lies there, stunned, giving anyone nearby time to get a good look at him. Probably his most striking feature is the way brown hair is spiked straight up in a crest of sorts; he isn't particularly handsome, and is dressed rather simply.*
*The woman that lands beside him a few minutes later -- on her feets, arms held out for balance -- is another story altogether. The blue, sleeveless sheath she's wearing keeps her modest, but not by much... The leather stitching up the sides only aids the impression that she's going to burst out of it. Not that she seems too concerned over that as she casts several looks around, clearly a bit taken aback by what she's seeing. However, she suppresses her surprise for the moment and kneels to tend to her companion. A blue glow surrounds her left hand, then the fallen man, who groans and shifts, then sits up with a start.*
Hey... what...?
*The woman doesn't say anything. Apparently, she's satisfied that he's not dead, and has returned her attention to studying their surroundings, leaving her partner to his own devices. Getting unsteadily to his feet, bracing his back with a hand, he glances around, then addresses the Nexus at large:*
Huh...? What's a place like this doing here...? How'd we...?
