"I've been thinking lately about the subjective nature of time here, and that inspired me to review stories of time travel, and that brought me to Doctor Who. This part will make a lot more sense to people who know the Doctor, or have heard the stories. I can't manipulate it, meaning I can't stop, slow, speed it up or whatnot, but I can travel from different time periods to different time periods.

It's rather quite fascinating.

Well, the Nexus is linked to everywhere, everywhen. I could leave a given Facet, be away for any amount of time, and then return within moments of my departure.
