An extremely large dolphin with a strange tattoo on it's left flipper is seen moving through the air. It stops in the Nexus and begins a frantic series of squees, chitters, and whistles. A mental voice can be heard by all over the noises. It's quite familiar

I have no idea about dolphins drinking alcohol. Alcohol sounds like a good idea though.
