To answer the first, I'd calm down first, at least enough to wield my anger rather than riding it. Then I'd talk with the person in question first; the results of that conversation might give me an idea of how to explain it to others around me. And for the second, I'd bring supplies that will let me disguise myself effectively, and I'd wear one disguise or another most of the time--if I need to change my appearance quickly, it's easier to take a disguise off than put one on.

...You're right. We're both driven by emotions. But I don't understand how his powers work. They seem to work almost opposite of mine- that confuses the hell out of me.
