Any tips for budgeting money on a monthly pay period? I've tried several things, but I'm always looking for new methods.

Spend as little as possible for two months: that'll give you a bit of a nest egg for flexibility. It'll also give you an idea of what your baseline expenses for a month are, and that'll help a lot.
