So two weeks ago Carl n I finally decided on a townhouse here in Delaware we're closing on the 28th o' December house warming party to follow in January sometime I expect. I'm so excited to finally be a homeowner *woot*. And to be able to paint walls!!! and the basement is finished so that I have room for a cutting table!!!. I've already started
