So, I finally bit the bullet and purchased a library card. Yes, I said purchased. The public library can be quite clever in it's methods of procuring revenue, I admit...charging $32 to out-of-county patrons ($33 to out-of-state patrons) for a library card. But, I was DESPERATE for a good book to read, and I don't want to keep buying books from B&N if I can avoid it (those things are expensive!). And, I figure that I'll get my money's worth, since I'll have to do some maaaad crazy research for my psych thesis this next year.

I got four books this time:
*The Truest Pleasure by Robert Morgan
*Brave New World by Aldous Huxley
*The Red Tent by Anita Diamant
*I Don't Know How She Does It by Allison Pearson

I'm waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay excited to read them. Feel free to recommend any must-reads (I figured BNW counted...it's a shame it's taken me until now to finally read it. More well-knowns of the lit world are to follow, I promise).

In other news, I went w/ Ashleigh, one of my housemates to see The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants. It was cute, a bit too cliche at times for my taste, but overall a decent movie. It made me want to fly to Greece ASAP *wink*.

And now, it's time for a snack (homemade banana bread, perhaps?). Night!
