The icon says it all. I don't even know why I'm so pissed off this time because I've heard it so many fuckin times before but I am. I am so fuckin tired of questions like this!
Why do you never leave your house? Don't you get lonely without real friends?
Let me explain. I got an email not long ago saying I had a new question on FormSpring. I'd just about give up on formspring because I never get asked questions so I was understandably excited. And then I go see which of my awesome friends has left me something and I see THAT!
So this was either from some troll who assumes everyone online is anti social or someone I know. (I suspect one of my guy friends since they're all assholes.) But I've gotten this question so many times in real life. And I always answer the same way. I have friends! They just don't live near me!
But is it even true? I mean, can you call someone your friend when you see them once a month if you're lucky, barely talk to them, don't even remember their last name? That's like...an acquaintance at best. I thought I'd made friends when I was in school but of course I haven't talked to any of them since summer started...so can we consider that a real friend either?
And is it so wrong that I like my house?!?! GODDAMN I HATE PEOPLE!!! The asshole didn't even have the balls to sign the question. He deserves the smack he'll get from me if I ever figure out who said it.
In other news, Niki just asked me a question on formspring too. And hers was nice. She is awesomer than she knows.
