Summer Clouds and Silver Linings

I don't have cancer anymore. The test results came by mail this afternoon. The week has been turbulent, as has the past few months. I feel it deep, so good news serves to lift some of the heavy expectation that comes with me being moody. Perhaps in the days to come I will even manage the happy dance. I did one only a few days ago when I found the sharpness of my hipbone in a slimmer pair of jeans that have been waiting patient in the closet.

Going to give an alchemy course for a few friends of mine, who are for whatever reason still intimidated by the whole process. Fun. Pulling myself together, in and out.

Edit: Was pointed out to me that my spiral started sauntering downward about the time I was ill and started missing workouts. Missed here and there turned into weeks without. So I got back on tonight. Should have known better.
