Summary: Not all the time it is easy to sneak away.
Dean had looked like sleeping when Sam went out, but as his brother was sitting up when he came back it just showed he been wrong.
It took awhile before Sam noticed and when Dean had started talking, he jumped.
"Where have you been? I was waiting for you."
It took a moment before Sam could say anything. He felt ashamed that he had sneaked out, but he had to. He had been scared that Dean would have noticed his shaking. Sam had to get his fix to keep his secret as a secret, no matter how much he actually loved Dean. He knew that the longer he kept going it would be closer to the day when Dean would learn about it. Sam tried to persuade himself he could take it then, just not now.
"I needed just some air. Let me undress and I'll be with you." Sam finally said and after that he was at his brothers side.
