here Misha looked at his watch and he could not believe it was that late. The night was still light and warm. The warmth didn't just come from the fire or the alcohol he had consumed, but also from the company he was surrounded by. The temperature was still high. It may have been a record for the summer.
Even if the night had crept up on them, none seemed inclined to put on more clothes than what they wore when they started. The fire and of course the warmth from each other helped them to keep warm. If they hadn't been a couple before they seemed to have found one during the evening.
Misha was having a good time so the lateness of the hour didn't matter. They probably could go for a few more hours, because when one is with good friends time seems to fly. They were celebrating the conclusion of another good season. Not everyone from the production was there, and some people had just come for a short time.
Jensen had taken up his guitar and was playing all kind of songs. Some had been typical camp fires songs, some were rock classics and a few had been of sing-a-long variety, but at that moment he was singing House of the Rising Sun.
Misha leaned closer to Mark. He could feel Mark's lips brush his temple. Misha twined his fingers with Mark's and relaxed further against him.
Julie sat between Chad's legs. Sebastian rested his head on Jeff's knee while Richard and Samantha were in a deep snuggle. Misha smiled since everyone was relaxing and having a good time.
He looked around for Jared but couldn't find him, but when Jensen yelped he knew Jared had done something to the other man. He didn't know what since the fire was between him and them.
It was certainly a good evening, and one he would probably remember for a long while.
