Summary: Dean and Sam feels ready to get more children, so they visit the fertility Idol again, but does not expect what will come.

Sam had taken some hunters job since they went to the fertility idol but had to stop doing that when Dean hit 20 weeks. Dean's waist-measurement had increased and was longer than his height. The very large belly made him slowly more and more immobile. The heaviness of it not only made his back hurt, it stretched his skin from the neck and down.
Being so big made Dean complain that he could not get out, as he could not walk more than ten meters before he was totally out of breath. With his restriction he was unable to take care of the twins and Sam didn't want anyone else do it. Bobby was out of the question as some of the jobs he did were with him. Dean seemed to be happy to have his lover home.
Sam did all the work with buying all the things they would need for the children, as well as all the weird cravings and food Dean wanted. He could take that as he was only away for a few hours at a time and not day's like it would have been if he went on a hunt.
The twins had slowly accepted what happen to their 'mummy' and Mary was no longer hostile to the idea that she would get siblings. She often came to touch and stroke the belly. Dean had encouraged her to talk to them. She regularly came running to tell them all kinds of things.
