"Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to you, Happy Birthday to Gordon, Happy Birthday!" Viggo and Orlando stood, singing for their little son.
Gordon sat in his chair at the table, trying to hit his spoon in time on what he reached, but he was terrible out of beat. When they stopped singing he started to bang the spoon harder and faster.
"It's unbelievable that he is already one year old." Orlando said as he hugged Viggo and lovingly looked at their wild one.
"Amazing, huh. Though it might be best we not let him wait much longer." Viggo replied.

"Would the young father cut the cake for his son?" Viggo said as he held both the cake and a cake slice.
"If I not do it I suspect it would be a bigger mess than we can aspect." Orlando taking the cake slices. "So far I would say he is way too young to handle any cutting things." I wide smile showed over Orlando's face.
"You right about that," Viggo said and put down the cake out of reach of the wild one. "It probably best you not cut a too large bite, as we probably will end up picking it up from everywhere when Gordon is finished.
"I thought so, but he shall have one nonetheless. It his birthday."

As predicted Gordon had no table manners. His cake was spread all over him, around him and spots on both parents after he tried to eat his cake without any help.
Viggo laugh as he tried to get him cleaned from cream, chocolate mousse, jam and sponge cake.
"I don't think you should laugh at Gordon." Orlando said, but found it hard to not laugh himself.
"I know. I just thought what a disaster it would have been if we had put a candle on the cake."
Orlando couldn't hold himself and started laugh too.
Gordon looked more than happy to that his parents seemed so happy.
