Chapter 10 Muin Ada,
How do you think I would ever forget that I am from Eryn Lasgalen and you? Not when you remind me every time you have opportunity. There are, of course, no problems with it, but now in the long run it has become very tiresome. Once and for all can't we accept the way it is?
You stay in Eryn Lasgalen and continue to rule and have the chance to still come and visit me, and I will be left here in Ithilien and keep the things growing and I can visit you a few times. We are both still in Middle Earth. Actually by now I thought you would have understood me. You know that I never felt well with the dark. It was one of the reasons I was happy to be the messenger of the bad news when Gollum escaped from us.
At first the quest and war did not help. It was horrible, and if I had lived though any war earlier I might have act different. Possibly seen things in another way, though, as I have told you if you never had sent me to Imladris, I would not have met the friends I have today.
I have my moments when I miss you and nana. If I had not I would not been an human elf with any feelings. When I am reminded most of you, I often end up at the river and watch some flowers taken by the flowing water.
