WIP: First real fanart - Hikaru No Go - and other news...
So... I've been obsessive about Hikaru no Go lately, and I need prints for Naka-kon, so I decided to make some art from it, or well, A fanart from it. The background is pretty sloppy right now, but it's on another layer so The messy will be hidden once I color the characters, also the white stones are there, just hard to see cause I outlined them in a light grey color that's showing up almost white ^^;, sorry about that. I'm quite pleased with it so far.
On another note. I'm taking my car into the mechanic's tomorrow. I think I'm leaking oil, very slowly, but still leaking something... and my gas seems to be burning a lot quicker than normal... I've had my "low fluid" light coming on and going off at random moments... so yeah I just wanna make sure my car's ok, and fix anything that's not... Hopefully it's nothing major or expensive... XP Best of luck on that to me I guess...
On the dolls: Corbin and Sai's head are off with my friend Emma. Corbin needs a touch up on his faceup, there's a little chip on his eyelid, and Sai's faceup was done when it was really moist out, so it was all gritty looking, so she's going to redo it for me, and figure out a better eyebrow color than the brown... I know she'll do a good job. I told her I'd call her next week to see how it's coming along.
