This depressing job is finished...

The obituary has been sent to the Post-Dispatch and it's out of my hair, except for collecting the check from the monster-in-law to cover the ridiculous cost of running it for two days that I put on my Visa card.

Clodfelter, Timothy John “Tim” of Warner Robins, Georgia died October 30, 2008 at Heartland Hospice House in Macon, GA at the age of 48. Tim was the beloved husband of 23 years of Vicki Ann (Hoog) Clodfelter, dear father of Kevin Daniel and Kyle Joseph Clodfelter, son of A. Jean Hopkins Clodfelter of St. Charles, MO and the late Archie Bloys Clodfelter, dear brother of Dennis (Karen) Clodfelter of Bellefontaine Neighbors, MO, son-in-law of Joseph and the late Ann Hoog of Ste. Genevieve, MO. Dear uncle of a niece and 11 nephews, our brother-in-law, nephew, cousin, and good friend to many.

Tim grew up in St. Louis County, MO, graduated from Riverview Gardens High School and received a B.S. in Electrical Engineering at University of Missouri Rolla (now Missouri University of Science & Technology). He was an electrical engineer at Emerson Electric in St. Louis, then at Lockheed Martin for 22 years. Tim was an avid fisherman and loved camping with family and friends.

A memorial service was held November 2 in Warner Robins, GA. There will be visitation on Sunday, November 9 at 2:00 p.m. followed by a second memorial service at 3:00 p.m. at Basler Funeral Home, 685 Center Dr., Ste. Genevieve, MO. Private interment. Memorials to the American Cancer Society, 803 Cherry Street, Macon, GA 31201.

Now I'm off to cut a clothesline into 15 pieces for my book club kids to learn knot tying. It's the activity to go with this month's book.
