The City was digging to install new gas lines and of course they cut the phone line. I didn't call it in because I heard the guys say their supervisor was going to. The supe is a lazy son of a bitch who NEVER gets out of his truck. He calls other employees to attach and detach trailers and such from his truck. He'll pull up to where ever you are and honk to get you to go to him to talk... So it shouldn't surprise me that when Marc asked him if he called it in his reply was "what?"
