Finding it more and more difficult to sleep. Can't sleep on my back as that's just painful, but when sleeping on my side after a while my hip hurts, so wake, change sides, and repeat. Then there's the hearburn waking me, and the trips to the loo!
I'm also suffering from low blood pressure, so when I get up, I go through an hour of so of feeling really faint and sick, so now I have to get up an hour earlier, to make sure this has passed before I have to set off for work!
Don't even get me started on work! I work with another pregnant woman, who moans constantly about how hot she is, tired, thirsty, upset.... you name it! But she only works 3 or 4 days a week and only 10 till 2.30, whereas I work 7.30 till 6.... she really makes me want to slap her! grrrrrr!
Interested to see the new benefit bill come in today, haven't got all the details yet, but obviously this is going to affect me. Yes it would be nice not have to return to work until my child is old enough for school, but looks like I'm not going to have that option as if your long term claiming you'll have to take on volantery work.... hmm, fine in principle, but will I be able to take my baby with me? The reason I'm not returning to full time employment is because I want to bring up my child myself, not some stranger at a nursery! I'm not knocking anyone who has had to take this option, I just don't feel it's for me (may feel different after being stuck at home for a few months! lol) and I feel mother should be able to have this option of being full-time mums.
Also switched on the morning news to anniversary footage of Dunkirk, which has had me in tears! Stupid hormones..... mind you, always cry at memorial day too!
