For those who may not know about The Ice, it is Mao and Mai Asada sisters' skating show which is held every Summer in their home town Nagoya, Aichi. The show is full of cute pair programs and group numbers which make The Ice really precious! You should watch the videos on their youtube channel. Skaters are so cute and lovely together<3 MAOBUTT and MAOSHENKO are beyond awesome<3<3<3
This is their fifth year and they expand the tour to another city, Osaka. And this year it has a special purpose to support reconstruction of Tohoku areas hit by the earthquake and tsunami four months ago. They will contribute to the charities through the proceeds from the tour and also hold a free show to invite and entertain the sufferers in Hachinohe, Aomori on July 27th. All casts except Mura with the schedule conflict will skate there for free. :')

MAO: Although this is our first choreograph session, we got to the end of it and the program is taking shape. I think we need to work out details then it's gonna be OK.

TAKA: We don't listen to each other. (lol)
MAO: That is why we are doing well.
TAKA: We don't listen to each other but still hear the music, so we are doing OK as long as we skate to the music.

INTERESTING THINGS ABOUT THE PROGRAM
TAKA: There is lots of things I cannot do by myself, I have to use centrifugal force to step with leading the partner. They are difficult, but the challenges are interesting I think.
MAO: Usually I skate alone so it's fun to skate with him!

MAO: When his face is before my nose...it makes me whoa! (lol)

TAKA: I really enjoyed to skate. I want to show the fun to the audience and should skate for them feeling the joy.
MAO: It is the first time that Mao and Taka-chan skate with each other, this is our first pair program so I think that part is the highlight.
I want people being happy and staying positive to walk the path to
the recovery from the disaster so I'd like to give them power and cheer them up with my skate.

LUPIN THE 3RD IS ONE OF THE MOST POPULAR ANIME IN JAPAN AND THE CASTLE OF CAGLIOSTRO IS THE MOST PRECIOUS MOVIE FROM IT WHICH WAS DIRECTED BY HAYAO MIYAZAKI OF STUDIO GHIBLI IN 1979.
CLARISSE IS THE LOVELIEST HEROINE IN THIS ANIME BESIDES FUJIKO TBH AND LUPIN STOLE HER HEART IN THE END OF THE MOVIE! LOL WE ALL KNOW TAKA'S INTENTION OF THE MUSIC, NO?
BTW MAO AND TAKA WILL SKATE THEIR NEW PROGRAMS FOR THE COMING SEASON IN THE SHOW. THE ARTICLE SAYS TAKA WILL DO HIS SP AND THE IMAGE OF IT WILL BE LIK THE GANGSTER BREAKING OUT OF HIS CAPTURE. LOL WAT
