This time is Ms. Fumie Suguri. She is a fierce actress on the ice who won three medals at the Worlds and two times Olympian(2002: 5th, 2006: 4th) from Japan.
She is a rare, precious skater who hasn't had real fashion disasters during her ~eternal~ career.

She brought in the pants costumes immediately after the ladies arrowed for them. I believe she is the most successful dresser for the ladies pants! <3
