Well I just finished checking out NetSimplicity and they have some pretty nifty things. The first being a very nice layout. It’s clean, smooth, business-like and easy on my eyes.
They are much more than a good looking site. They have some innovative software like
Scheduling Software which helps business in and out of the meeting room. The great thing about this software is that it can be used for meetings taking place on-site or via internet. The schedules are color coded so you can make a elgend letting the employees know which colors to look for. Much easier than scanning long documents or trying to remember the dates and times. What if you had a PDA and couldn’t access it but knew you had a meeting coming up? Well that’s where this software comes in handy. All of the scheduling can be accessed via the Web.
Another fantastic piece of software is their
Virtual Asset Manager. This little piece of software is a powerful tool indeed. From a floor layout of workstations to auditing the workstations remotely. You can easily keep track of your money in a high-demand environment. It’s robust, it’s easy, and it’s got three different solutions. You can listen to Me ramble on but for those out there that are business managers I seriously suggest clicking the links above and checking out something to make your company instantly easier to manage.
