What else could Glinda possibly wear but bloomers? I only regret I didn't make them puffier, lacier and frillier!

I guess people like to draw Elphaba conventionally pretty because she gets played by such pretty girls on stage (um, like in London now, wow) and maybe in some cases (not that I want to criticise anyone precisely) the idea that only conventionally pretty women have sex/are sexy. I love it that Elphaba is angular and fierce, that you kind of have to tilt your head to see the ways she's beautiful - that's her, that's sexy too.

Oooh, this is great! For some reason I'm drawn to staring at both their hair :D you have a lovely amount of detail there. And I love that Elphaba's eyes are open! The body language of both of them is really perfect in this.
