I took the GRE general test this morning and did better than I expected. I did spend all of this week practicing for it, so I guess that paid off. Now I have to get in gear, writing final papers, catching up on reading, and completing take-home finals. I can't believe how fast this semester has flown by.
As a reward for finishing my GRE, I went to Adam's - a local, really wholesome and small grocery store - to raid the salad bar, get coffee, and browse for a good desert. I walked in through the seasonal department. I wandered through the ornaments/holiday decorations section and enjoyed the live carolers. I saw that they had life trees for sale, including some small ones. After a relaxing lunch and an episode of "Curb" the whole house crew headed back out to Adam's to pick out a tree for our house. We found the perfect tree for $6. After picking up some decorations at Big Lots, we came home to decorate. Now I'm quickly saturating my Chistmas music quota for the year.
I'm not proofreading this, and I apologize for any mistakes.
P.S. Dunkin Donuts totally rocks. I'm considering running over there for some coffee in the morning. But I just watched "An Inconvenien Truth," so I feel like would be a needless car trip.
