Well, I found myself doing okay until about 2pm then my whole day when to hell. I never di dfind a buddy. I am going to try again tomorrow. I have my pics to look at, all the motivations and now desperation

well i didnt have a good day. i woke and had a banana but by lunch i was starving and so had a cheese sandwich! but it was such a busy day at university i had to have the energy and there was nothing healthy in the shop!! had some crackers for lucnh, but tommorrow will make up for todays mistakes. will get to weigh myself tommorrow aswell. i dont have scales here but do at home so i havent weighed myself for a few weeks. if my weights the same or more it will have such a bad effect on my commitment and strength. wow youve got the whole family package. well put the tempting in the food in one place and so it wont be everywhere you look and no matter what never go to that place! and when the kids go to bed keep yourself busy. if you see people eating the food just keep telling yourself your quotes, have chewing gum, think im glad i dont need that till you actually believe it or even go brush your teeth so that the food wont even taste good. all little things i try and do. wont be back till monday so i wont find out about tommorrows fast till then (too risky to check this stuff when im back home as i have no privacy) GOOD LUCK!

Well, we had no money except a little bit that my husband spent on fast food all weekend. I am hoping we can go to the store tomorrow so I can buy some fruit and such to keep around when he insists on eating all kinds of crap around me.
I got a magazine today that had one of the articles as "get control over your food cravings" so when I read that I will post it here.
