6 - Matthew Gray Gubler - Criminal Minds
Reason: Aside from being adorably and geekily hot, MGG has some of the most interesting projects through his official website (which is done entirely by hand, through scanned pictures and notes) and "Unauthorized Documentary" series (which is absolutely hilarious).
5 - Wes Ramsey - Charmed, Latter Days
Reason: As the nearly full nudity in Latter Days can attest to, he's very, very hot. It was Charmed that got my attention but Latter Days that put him on this list. Plus, it's always kind of cool when a straight actor isn't uncomfortable playing a gay character (including sex scenes).
4 - Rob Morrow - Numb3rs, Northern Exposure
Reason: I love the way he moves in Numb3rs. It's my competency kink coming through. He's also totally adorable and funny in Northern Exposure.
3 - Drew Fuller - Charmed, Army Wives
Reason: ... Did you look at the pictures? Also, he has the best smile. I loved his portrayal in Charmed and he's even better in Army Wives.
2 - Navi Rawat - Numb3rs, Feast, Thoughtcrimes
Reason: She's unbelievably hot and her commentary/interviews are always pretty clever. I first saw her in Numb3rs, but it was Thoughtcrimes and Feast that made her go from "really attractive" to "AWESOME." Again, competency kink.
1 - Karl Urban - The Irrefutable Truth About Demons, Doom, Pathfinder, The Chronicles Of Riddick, Out of the Blue, The Price of Milk
Reason: Picking a number one was really hard, so I had to go with a long-time favorite. Karl Urban, who's a much better actor than his American releases give him credit for (see his New Zealand-based work like TITAD, Price of Milk, and Out of the Blue to get what I mean), is also smart and interesting in his interviews and commentaries. The full package -- brains, beauty, and talent.
