How long does it take you to feel normal when you start a job? On average when do you say "Okay, I get it."?
Today was my day. My lesson plan finally has cohesion; my quality reports are practically doing themselves. My schedule for the month is set and I've left time to improve my offering.
Hmm.. With everything under my belt this means I will have to take on more responsibility next month.
