curionenene “I’m home.” KyuHyun called as he stepped into the basement. It had been a couple of days since Zhou Mi had moved in, and the case really was becoming more complicated as he had predicted. Everywhere he went, he got blocked, and now he needed to be more careful, or a lot of people would start poking their nose in where they weren’t needed.
There was no answer, the sound of the shower running meant the vampire was taking one of his hour long showers again.
KyuHyun’s eyebrow rose then he shrugged looking at his watch. He had another late job tonight and would need to go out soon. Looking around, he found something to write down with, attaching it to a package and leaving it on the table where it could be seen.
The shower turned off and Zhou emerged from the bathroom not long later in a fluffy robe and his hair twisted up in a towel to dry. He blinked a little at the package on the table and moved towards it. He read the note, bottom lip pushed out in curiosity as he opened up the package and blinked. It was a cup, much like you'd give to a toddler made of some plastic composite that wouldn't break. The cute little giraffe on the front made him laugh a little. He hadn't thought KyuHyun would actually get him a cup, but he was touched by the gesture.
Looking around, he didn't see KyuHyun in the main room and went to his bedroom door to knock. "Lie Ren? Are you still home?"
KyuHyun blinked, turning after as he finished zipping his ‘night-work’ pants up. “Oh, hey, Zhou Mi. Did you see the package I left you?”
Zhou Mi had to close his eyes, turning his head away from the sight of KyuHyun since the hunter wasn't wearing a shirt. Again. "I... I did, it's... adorable. Thank you. I don't know how to repay you."
“You don’t need to repay me. I said I’d do it so I did.” KyuHyun explained, picking up his shirt and pausing. “Why are you looking away?”
"Because... I'm not sure I should tell you what kind of thoughts I'm having so looking away will help with me not thinking those things," Zhou Mi said, tightening the belt on his robe. "But.. thank you, again."
KyuHyun’s eyebrow rose, then a small grin appeared on his face. “What kind of thoughts would I rather not know about?”
Zhou Mi glanced at him, lips pursed. "The kind of thoughts that aren't appropriate.. thank you for the cup, I'll let you get dressed... are you leaving again?"
“Yeah. I have a couple of jobs I need to take care of.” KyuHyun didn’t specify what kind of jobs, but from the gear laid out on the bed, it was pretty obvious.
"...Okay," Zhou Mi nodded, turning and leaving the doorway, scurrying back to his own room to get dressed.
But before Zhou Mi could leave totally, KyuHyun suddenly pulled him around, giving him a light peck on the lips.
Winking as he pulled away, KyuHyun grinned. “I’ll just take that as thanks for the cup.” He hummed, before going back into his room and closing the door again.
Zhou Mi could barely make a squeak of protest, his eyes wide and staring at the closed door. It was a good ten seconds or so before he could think straight. "Uh.. okay then..." he said, not sure who to as he turned and walked a little unsteadily back to his room.
~*~
A few days later, things seemed to be taking on a routine. Everyday, KyuHyun would come home from work and be greeted by a smiling Zhou Mi. For someone who had been alone for most of his life, he had to admit having someone waiting for you at home was something he’d never thought he’d look forward to.
Although, even he himself wasn’t exactly why it was he’d bought his latest gift for Zhou Mi. But oh well, he was sure it’d look good on the vampire.
“Zhou Mi, I’m home!” He called out, “Where are you? I have something for you.”
Zhou Mi poked his head out of his room, looking at KyuHyun warily. While some of the things the human had brought him were nice and useful, like the cup (which was the only cup he used), others not so much. "What is it?" he asked, sliding out into the hall and moving towards him slowly. "If it's another two day old dead rat... I'll pass."
Grinning as he walked up to Zhou Mi, KyuHyun pulled his gift out of the package and proceeded to clip then onto Zhou Mi’s hair. When he was done, he stepped back and grinned. “Hmm… I was right. You do look pretty good.”
"What...?" Zhou Mi blinked, reaching up to feel the soft furry edges of whatever was put on his head. "What is this?" he asked, already turning to go into the bathroom and look in the mirror since he wouldn't get a straight answer out of KyuHyun.
"Cat ears?!" Zhou Mi came out of the bathroom and looked at KyuHyun strangely. "....Why?"
KyuHyun shrugged, admiring how cute Zhou Mi looked even though he was giving KyuHyun a look. “Thought you’d look good in them.”
Zhou Mi disappeared into the bathroom again, looking at his reflection with scrutiny. They did look good on him. "Well... at least they're a color that goes with my hair," he said, leaving the bathroom and smiling broadly at KyuHyun. "They are cute, did you get yourself a pair too? We could match."
Now it was KyuHyun’s turn to stare at Zhou Mi. “Hell, no.”
"But you would look just as cute!" Zhou Mi said, reaching up to unclip one of the ears from his head. "Come here, let me see them on you."
KyuHyun stared wide-eyed at Zhou Mi, taking a step back. “No… what are you doing? Stay back!”
"Hold still, just let me see!" Zhou Mi said, holding the clip out and reaching for KyuHyun's hair.
“Hey! I said no!” KyuHyun squirmed, grabbing Zhou Mi’s hand to prevent him from placing the clip.
"Why not?" Zhou Mi blinked, but didn't stop. A vampire was considerably stronger than a human, and even though Zhou Mi failed fantastically in all other ways as a vampire, he was very strong. He managed to get the first clip into KyuHyun's hair before reaching for the other one.
KyuHyun flailed, now trying to disentangle himself from Zhou Mi and unclip the ear on his head. Although a good vampire hunter, KyuHyun wasn’t exactly prepared for this sort of assault. “No! It’s so undignified. Let me go!”
"Undignified? Why?" Zhou Mi stopped, his eyes narrowing at KyuHyun a little. "Why is it okay that I wear them, but not you?
“Because you’d look good with them. I’d just look stupid.” KyuHyun managed to pull one of his hands out, scrabbling to get himself out of Zhou Mi’s grasp.
"Would not!" Zhou Mi pouted, starting again and reaching for KyuHyun's hair. "You'd look adorable, hold still, this will only take a second." Brushing aside KyuHyun's attempts to get free, Zhou Mi managed to get the other ear clipped in. "There! Adorable."
KyuHyun made a face at Zhou Mi’s easy victory. “Gah, why the hell are you so strong.”
"Because I'm a vampire?" Zhou Mi blinked, dropping his hands to look at KyuHyun properly. "You should look at yourself, you do look very cute."
“I seriously doubt that.” KyuHyun said dryly, reaching to take the ears off.
Zhou Mi swatted at KyuHyun's hands before taking him by the shoulders and marching him to the bathroom. "No doubting, it's the truth, see for yourself." He shoved KyuHyun in front of the mirror and held him there. "See?"
KyuHyun yelped as he was pushed in front of the mirror. He stared at his reflection for a moment before sagging. “God… I look dumb. Can I take them off now?”
"You don't look dumb, and I guess if it bothers you that much," Zhou Mi pouted, reaching up and unclipping them from KyuHyun's hair. "Thank you... you know you don't have to get me things like this. We're not... I don't need presents."
“Hmm? No, I just want to.” KyuHyun chuckled, turning around to look at Zhou Mi. “Although I think maybe next time I’ll rethink buying the tail… you’d just pin it on me again.”
"Well, you'd look good with a tail, you've got the ass for it," Zhou Mi said, smiling cheekily as he turned and pinned the ears back into his hair.
“And you’d know because?” KyuHyun folded his arms, looking suspiciously at Zhou Mi.
"Because... I've seen your ass?" Zhou Mi said, glancing at KyuHyun. "You don't always remember the towel after you've gotten out of the shower you know."
“Doesn’t mean you have to stare at it.” KyuHyun tilted his head, smirking at Zhou MI.
"Who said I was staring? All I said was is that I've seen it," Zhou Mi said with a shrug. "And I only stare at your ass when it's clothed and you're bent over on your knees hooking up your gaming consoles."
“So you did stare.” KyuHyun chuckled, reaching up to tweak one of the ears. “So you’ve been a bad kitty.”
"It was hard not to," Zhou Mi replied, corners of his lips curling upwards. "You want me to promise not to stare at your ass? I won't if it bothers you."
“It doesn’t. Although it’s a strange place to stare at.” KyuHyun chuckled. “I like to stare at your legs myself. They seem to go on forever.”
"My legs?" Zhou Mi blinked and looked down at his legs. "I used to get made fun of for how long and knobby they are... but why are you staring at my legs?"
“Long and knobbly? Pfft… those people don’t know how to appreciate.” KyuHyun laughed, shaking his head as he walked off.
Zhou Mi watched him go, puzzled. "... You didn't answer my question, why are you staring at my legs?" he asked, following after KyuHyun.
KyuHyun sighed, turning around, and with a tone absolutely dead-pan, said, “Because I think they look good, especially in my mind where I can actually see them wrapped around my waist.”
"You... huh?" Zhou Mi stared at KyuHyun, his mind reeling at that. "...You're just messing with me, aren't you. I didn't think you even liked guys..."
KyuHyun smiled then, turning around to go to his room. “I like both sexes… as for messing around with you… well, who knows?”
Scowling at his back, Zhou Mi huffed a little and reached up to take out the kitty ears. This whole situation in living with the vampire hunter was weird, even he would admit that, but it wasn't helping any that said vampire hunter liked to give him evasive answers to questions. "I'm just going to ignore whatever it is you say from now on," he called after him. "Just easier that way."
KyuHyun laughed, waving a hand at him. “I’ll just make sure that you listen then.”
"But why?" Zhou Mi whined, trailing after him like a puppy.
“Why what?” KyuHyun paused, turning around and catching Zhou Mi’s chin.
"Why are you treating me like this," Zhou Mi asked, looking down at KyuHyun, his bottom lip stuck out in a pout. "I... I didn't think I'd be staying here like this.. for this long."
“Neither did I.” KyuHyun replied, before he reached up pressing his lips against Zhou Mi’s into a soft kiss. “And to answer your question, I like teasing the people that I like.”
But before Zhou Mi could do anything to reply, KyuHyun had broken away, going into his room and closing the door.
Zhou Mi's eyes had slipped closed a little at the kiss, and by the time his mind caught up, KyuHyun had already disappeared into his room. ".... Like? You like me?" he asked, staring at KyuHyun's door. That had been a little unexpected. Still thinking about what KyuHyun had said, he shuffled off to the living room.
~*~
“Zhou Mi, quick. Hide.” Were the first words KyuHyun said to Zhou Mi as he rushed into the room that night.
"Hm?" Zhou Mi was stretched out on the couch, his giraffe cup in hand and a book in his lap. "What's wrong?" he asked, slowly getting up.
“My friends are coming. I couldn’t dissuade them this time.” KyuHyun sighed as he quickly pulled Zhou Mi off the couch, and from the sounds of laughter and noise coming from upstairs, he wasn’t lying.
"...You're... friends?" Zhou Mi was still unclear what was going on, careful not to spill his cup but followed where he was being led without too much fuss. "You didn't tell them someone is living with you?"
“Zhou Mi, all of my friends are hunters.” KyuHyun paused, then quickly let go of Zhou Mi. “Quick, find somewhere to hide!”
He ran up the stairs just in time for the door to fly open and a loud voice echoed through the room. “Yeaaaaaaaah! Time to party!”
Trembling, Zhou Mi ducked into the first open room... which happened to be KyuHyun's, and shut the door quietly. How would KyuHyun's friends react if they knew that Zhou Mi was not only living with a vampire, but it was one that was on their kill list? Setting down his cup on the side table, he sat down on the bed and curled up. It was probably going to be a long while before his friends left.
The door suddenly burst open then and a voice calling. “Seriously, that new maid is awesome, did she clean your room to- hey!”
“Keep out of my room, Hyuk. Your feet stink.” Came KyuHyun’s voice, and the sound of an obvious tussle at the doorway.
“Aw… since when wasn’t I allowed into your room, Kyu?!” The other hunter whined as he tried to get past KyuHyun into the room.
The first thing Zhou Mi had done when he heard the voice get closer was hide, rolling off the bed and diving under it. He didn't dare look out or make another move in case the friend tried to keep looking in. This was dangerous, far too dangerous and KyuHyun couldn't put his life in danger for him like this.
“Since the maid cleaned it.” KyuHyun sighed, successfully pushing the other hunter off. But just as he was about to close the door and lock it, another curious head tried to poke itself in. “Eh, but it looks just as dirty, Kyu-yah.”
“That’s because she had a day off and I’m too lazy to clean it myself. Come on, let’s go game, Min. I’m willing to bet I’m going to wipe the floor with you guys again.”
“Yah! That’s not happening again!” the first hunter, distracted by the prospect of games, ran off.
But the second wasn’t so easily distracted, and he managed to step around KyuHyun, peering into the room. “What are you hiding Kyu?”
“Nothing. Come on, Min.” KyuHyun pulled his friend back, glancing around the room to check if Zhou Mi was safe. “Besides, you always prefer having me in your room right?”
That last statement caught Zhou Mi's ear, and his eyes darted towards the door, seeing two pairs of feet in the doorway. Did that mean what he thought it did?
There was a dark chuckle as the second hunter leaned against KyuHyun, pecking the other man’s lips. “You’re right. Later then.”
“Yeah… if HyukJae doesn’t get drunk and puke all over the floor again.” KyuHyun finally managed to pull SungMin out of the room. “Let’s go.”
The door finally closed shut with a tight, locked click.
Sighing soundlessly in relief, Zhou Mi closed his eyes and rested his forehead on the floor. He wasn't entirely sure what was going on, but he couldn't let KyuHyun continue to tease him like he did now that he knew there was someone else. That made him wonder though, just how many others there were, and how often those late nights weren't for work.
It was many hours later that KyuHyun opened the door to his room again, sagging against the door. His friends had been their usual crazy selves, and it had taken KyuHyun a lot of work convince them all to go back home instead of crashing over. Luckily, the incident with the last maid he’d hired had proved a good enough excuse.
“Zhou Mi, you okay?” He finally asked, looking around the room for the vampire.
Just in case he were to fall asleep, Zhou Mi had decided to just stay under the bed, bringing his book down and a flashlight to read. It wasn't that uncomfortable, he'd stayed in worse places. When he heard KyuHyun's voice though, he sighed a little and turned off the flashlight, crawling out from under the bed.
"I'm fine, Lie Ren," the vampire said quietly, picking up his empty cup and padding over to the door. "It sounded like your friends enjoyed themselves. You're probably tired, I'll go read in my room."
“Hey.” KyuHyun grabbed Zhou Mi’s arm, staring critically at Zhou Mi’s face. “You sure you okay? You sound a little strange.”
Stopping when KyuHyun grabbed his arm, Zhou Mi frowned slightly down at the floor, not looking up at him. "I don't belong here, not when all your friends would kill me on sight... and I don't want to be interfering with... anything. I should really go find somewhere else to stay."
“You’re not interfering with anything…” KyuHyun sighed, before reaching to tilt Zhou Mi’s face so that he was looking at him. “Look, I want you to stay here alright? Even if it’s a bit more trouble, you’re not going anywhere, at least until I figure everything out, alright?”
"And what if your friends come by and I'm not able to hide as quickly next time?" Zhou Mi whispered, looking into KyuHyun's eyes. "And you say you like me, but I gather you're sleeping with that Min person, yes?"
KyuHyun sighed. “Is that what’s bothering you? Zhou Mi… do you remember when I told you about the last maid quitting after she stumbled upon our last gaming session?”
"... Yes," Zhou Mi nodded, gripping his book a little tighter.
“She sort of stumbled on a giant orgy session.” KyuHyun sighed, cupping Zhou Mi’s cheek. “I sleep with a lot of people Zhou Mi, but that doesn’t mean that they mean anything other than a good fuck.”
"... Orgy?" Zhou Mi's eyes widened a little at that and he pulled back from KyuHyun's touch. "All the little kisses you've given me... what do they mean KyuHyun... would I just be another good fuck to you? Have you ever fucked a vampire before?"
KyuHyun went silent at that. “I don’t know, Zhou Mi. I don’t know what they mean, I don’t even know what you are to me myself. You’re just supposed to be a job, someone to take care of until I clear your story out… but… I don’t know anymore.”
Lips pursed, Zhou Mi nodded. "Okay, that's about what I thought," he said quietly, taking a breath. "If that's all you want, someone to screw around with, you can tell me, I wouldn't be upset with you or anything, just as long as you were honest. I don't mind, I just want things to be clear. That's all."
“… Alright.” KyuHyun said, equally as quiet, before he pulled away. “Sorry.”
"For what?" Zhou Mi shook his head. "Look, I don't expect you to have all the answers as to what's going on, or how you feel or anything like that.. I just want you to know, that I don't mind. Because KyuHyun... from the moment I met you, I've wanted to wrap my very long knobby legs around your waist."
KyuHyun had to smile at that. “They aren’t knobbly, even if they’re long.”
"Says you," Zhou Mi chuckled, edging out of the room. "I'm going to go read, just let me know if you need anything."
“Zhou Mi.” KyuHyun called as Zhou Mi began to leave, and once the vampire turned around, pressed hard lips against the vampire’s own.
Zhou Mi returned the kiss, wrapping both arms around KyuHyun's waist and holding him close. It wasn't a long kiss, Zhou Mi break off after a moment to breathe against KyuHyun's lips. "So... I think it's time for you to go to bed," he whispered.
“Probably.” KyuHyun chuckled, pressing soft, coquettish kisses. “I have work tomorrow.”
"You should get some sleep then," Zhou Mi said, nipping at KyuHyun's bottom lip. "And then tomorrow, you can tell me all about this orgy."
KyuHyun laughed. “If you wish me to.”
"Sounds interesting," Zhou Mi mused, brushing his lips over KyuHyun's again before stepping back. "Good night KyuHyun," he said, turning and disappearing into his room, shutting the door behind him.
KyuHyun watched him go, before brushing a finger of his lips, contemplating.
Then, he smiled.
“Good night, Zhou Mi.”
~*~
Zhou Mi paced around the living room, glancing at the clock on the stereo every five seconds as if it would change. KyuHyun was late, far later than usual for him. He hadn't called either and Zhou Mi couldn't reach him.
There was nothing he could do, one of the conditions of him staying there was that he didn't leave the house, so here he was, stuck pacing around the living room in worry.
Then finally, there was the sound of the door opening and KyuHyun stumbled inside. But it wasn’t from exhaustion that he was stumbling, nor was it drunkenness. It was something far more serious.
“Mi…” KyuHyun mumbled as he leaned against the wall, panting as he barely could keep upright. “Get the… first aid kit.”
"...Kyu...?" Zhou Mi stopped, looking at KyuHyun with wide eyes. Then the smell of blood hit him and he knew something bad had happened. Rushing forward, he ignored any protests from the hunter and scooped him up bridal style, heading to his room. "What happened?"
“Job… went a bit wrong. Got… careless.” KyuHyun winced, finally giving up protesting, resting heavily against Zhou Mi. “Bit me…”
"Bit you?!" Zhou Mi looked down at KyuHyun with wide eyes, kicking open KyuHyun's door and laying him down on the bed. "Where.. where did you get bit," he asked frantically, pushing at KyuHyun's shirt to look for the wound.
“My arm… then… my neck.” KyuHyun groaned, reaching for Zhou Mi. “Calm down… Mi. Get the first aid kit…”
"Yes.. right.. first aid kit," Zhou Mi nodded, turning and disappearing from the room. There was a scrambling sound from outside, the vampire clobbering his way through cabinets and closets until he found the first aid kit. Opening it up as he brought it into the room, he pulled out gauze and antiseptic, laying them out on the table before turning to KyuHyun. "I'll need to take off your shirt," he said, already pushing up on it to get it over his head then pull it off of his arm, carefully.
“Haha. Sure… Be gentle with me though.” KyuHyun half-joked, wincing as the cloth caught a bit on the wound. “Ugh… sorry. I was careless… Went after a lead and got… stopped by a vampire… and… mmmph…”
Zhou Mi didn't look up, pressing the antiseptic laden cloth against the bite on his arm. "You need to be careful, Lie Ren. I don't want you hurt.. or worse."
“Ow…” KyuHyun winced a little. The antiseptic stung against the wound. “Yeah… I know. I’m... mmph… sorry…”
Continuing to clean out the wound, Zhou Mi's eyes hardened at how deep the wounds are, how jagged the skin is. This wasn't a bite to feed, this was a bite to kill. Unbidden feelings rise up and Zhou Mi's heart is in his throat. "Animals," he hissed lowly, binding up the cut slowly, gently.
“I was trying to kill him.” KyuHyun chuckled, his eyelids fluttering a little. He’d lost a little too much blood and was a little dizzy from the strain. “Don’t worry… I’ll be… alright…”
"Yes you will, I'll make sure of it," Zhou Mi nodded, taping off the binding before moving to the worst of the two bites. He pulled away the gauze that was soaked in blood, though thankfully it had stopped just enough for him to carefully clean the wound. "This is going to take a while to heal," he said softly.
“Yeah… I’m going to be… ugh… teased for this for a while.” KyuHyun smiled, turning a little to face Zhou Mi. “You okay?”
"Why are you asking if I'm okay? Of course I'm okay, worried.. but fine," Zhou Mi said, pushing KyuHyun's face back the other way so he could work. "You will need bedrest... two, three days probably. You've lost a lot of blood."
“Well, there is a lot of blood. Can you stand it?” KyuHyun asked softly, too tired to resist.
"I can, because I must," Zhou Mi replied, pressing a clean gauze pad against the side of KyuHyun's neck. "I have no desire for human blood Lie Ren, but even I get tempted when faced with so much of it."
“Yeah, which is why I asked if you were okay…” KyuHyun groaned, closing his eyes. “If you need a break, feel free to take one.”
"I'm fine, I'm almost done," Zhou Mi said, taping the gauze down. "I'll get you some water... no one is going to come here, right? None of your hunter friends checking up on you or anything?"
“No. Don’t think so. They all know when I get buried in… work. I don’t like people… uhmm… check up on me.” KyuHyun sighed - it was getting harder to concentrate now that all the adrenaline had died down.
"Okay, just checking," Zhou Mi nodded, getting to his feet. "Didn't want any surprises." Watching the human for a moment he turned and left the room, returning with a glass of water and some crackers. "Here, drink," he said, helping him sit up enough to take a few sips.
KyuHyun sighed in relief at the taste of cool water down his throat. Smiling sleepily at Zhou Mi, he reached up and pulled Zhou Mi down for a kiss. “Thanks.”
Smiling back, Zhou Mi set the water and crackers down on the table. "You should get some sleep, I'll be here when you wake up."
“Alright… Good night.” KyuHyun closed his eyes, easily slipping into a deep sleep.
"Night," Zhou Mi smiled, getting up and taking a seat in the chair next to the bed. For the next few hours he watched KyuHyun sleep, only leaving his side to fetch his own cup, curling up in the chair and taking small sips. If and when KyuHyun woke, he gave him small bits of cracker and sips of water until he fell back asleep, or changed the bandages before infection could settle in.
It was hard for a vampire to stay awake past dawn, the compulsion to find shelter and sleep was very strong, but Zhou Mi's desire to watch over KyuHyun was stronger. So he stayed up through the morning, taking care of the human. It was only a little after noon when he slipped into sleep accidentally, just closing his eyes for a second.
“Mmm…” KyuHyun groaned, the dryness in his throat waking him up again. Staring at the ceiling, feeling a better than the night before, he turned only to see a sight that caused him to forget his need for water immediately.
His lips curled into a smile as he reached out, gently stroking Zhou Mi’s soft brown hair. “Did you stay up all day, silly vampire?” He whispered softly, his eyes gentle.
The touch registers on a subconscious level, and Zhou Mi leaned into it, a sleepy smile curling on his lips. After a moment his eyes opened and he looked at KyuHyun in a bit of confusion. "Hm? Lie Ren? Oh... are you okay?" he jumped up, straightening slightly in the chair and rubbing at his eyes. "I must have dozed off for a second."
“You should go off and sleep, Zhou Mi. I’m fine.” KyuHyun chuckled. “I feel a lot better, thanks to you.”
"No, no, you're in no condition to be doing anything," Zhou Mi protests, but the yawn gives him away. Vampires aren't meant to be awake during the day and he wouldn't last much longer. "There anyone you can call..... call to help you?"
“… Not if I want to give your presence away.” KyuHyun sighed, reaching up to tangle his fingers into Zhou Mi’s hair. “Don’t worry, I won’t be doing anything much. Just leave the water by the bed and I’ll be fine. Go sleep.”
"Lie Ren... if you need someone to come over, just call them over, I can hide and sleep just fine under the bed or in a closet," Zhou Mi said, giving KyuHyun what he hoped was a stern look. "You... shouldn't.. be by yourself."
KyuHyun sighed, “But then you’d be hiding for a month. SungMin would come over and pester me everyday… No, Mi. I’ll be fine.”
Zhou Mi sighed, but relented. "Okay, I'll just be in my room, if you need anything... call for me," he said, getting wobbily to his feet and heading towards the door. Out in the hall, he frowned a little at KyuHyun's coat on the floor and bent down to pick it up, KyuHyun's cell phone falling out of the pocket. For a brief second, he thought about just putting it back in his pocket and hanging the coat up, but then he had another thought, and disappeared with the phone into his room, opening it up and scrolling through the contacts as he shut the door behind him.
