EunAh looked up from the book she was reading to see KyuJong enter the room.  Smiling, the girl closed the book and sat up.  "oppa, what was Joonie oppa yelling about?" she asked, head tilted cutely and hair draped over a shoulder.

"He saw something he'd rather he didn't," KyuJong chuckled, moving in to sit down on her bed. "So, he said you wanted to see me about thing?"

"Uh huh.  I was wondering when you and YoungSaeng oppa were going to go to the temple," she answered.  "I mean, will you be leaving soon after?"  It had been quite a while since she'd last seen her brother and she wasn't looking forward to him leaving again.

"We're going in the morning, and yes, we'll be leaving right away," KyuJong nodded, smiling sadly at his sister. "I'm sorry this is such a short visit, but we're kind of pressed for time."

EunAh pouted at that, but she understood since KyuJong had explained that YoungSaeng and HyunJoong were in danger the longer they were away from the main temple.  "It's okay, KyuJong oppa.  That just means that you have to come back sooner and spend the whole day with me."

"First chance I get, I'll come right back here, promise," KyuJong nodded, leaning over to wrap his arms tightly around his sister. "I'm sorry I don't get to be around that often EunAh."

Practically clinging to KyuJong, she snuggled close.  "I understand, and you're here whenever I need you, so it's okay.  Love you, oppa."

"I love you too EunAh," KyuJong smiled, kissing the top of his sister's head. Pulling back, he cupped EunAh's cheek with his hand. "You look more and more like Umma every day, so beautiful. If KiBum doesn't scoop you up soon I'll call him an idiot."

"Oppa," EunAh whined, blushing brightly.  She smiled brightly, though, since KyuJong's opinion was the one that mattered the most to her.

Ruffling her hair a little, KyuJong stood up. "Well he would be," he chuckled. "I'll see you in the morning okay?"

"Okay," EunAh said, loving the affectionate gesture.  "You're a lot like Appa, by the way," she pointed out with a smile before crawling beneath the covers.  It was late, and unlike the others, she hadn't napped during the day.

KyuJong stopped at that, turning to look back at her with a thoughtful smile. That was probably the best thing he'd ever heard someone say to him. "Night EunAh," he said, closing the door behind him. Smiling to himself, he headed back to his and YoungSaeng's room. Opening up the door, he stopped and blinked. JungMin was kissing YoungSaeng again.

"Oh hey Kyu, what'd your sister want?" JungMin asked, pulling away from YoungSaeng, his arm was still around HyunJoong.

"Just wanted to know if we were staying longer after tomorrow," KyuJong said, coming back over to lay down next to YoungSaeng, kissing his shoulder as he cuddled up behind him.

When JungMin pulled away, YoungSaeng blushed lightly as he regained his breath, relaxing in KyuJong's embrace.  "And are we?  I mean, I know what we're doing, but not the time frame exactly."

"Ah, no, soon as you and I get back we're heading straight for the temple, it's only a half a days walk from here," KyuJong said, kissing the back of YoungSaeng's neck. It didn't surprise him that he wasn't bothered by YoungSaeng and JungMin kissing when he wasn't there. He trusted them both, and loved YoungSaeng just as he was sure YoungSaeng loved him. "It's not fair," he said with a pout.

"What's not fair?" JungMin said, he'd gone back to kiss HyunJoong.

"You get to kiss YoungSaeng and I don't get to kiss HyunJoong."

Blinking, HyunJoong looked over at KyuJong, a bit dazed from the kiss JungMin had just given him.  "Huh?" he asked, looking from one to the other.

"I think he wants a kiss," JungMin chuckled, running a hand through HyunJoong's hair. KyuJong nodded, looking up to YoungSaeng to see if he was okay with it.

Chuckling, and actually a bit curious, YoungSaeng nodded his head.  "It's only fair," he replied, somewhat amused yet again by the situation.  After all, he'd kissed JungMin.

Kissing YoungSaeng on the shoulder again, KyuJong shifted so he was leaning over his lover and leaned down to press his lips against HyunJoong's gently.

Closing his eyes, HyunJoong slowly returned the kiss.  KyuJong was far less firm than JungMin, but much more confident than YoungSaeng.  He definitely wasn't a bad kisser, that was for sure.  None of them were, in fact.

YoungSaeng watched the two kiss.  It was odd seeing his lover kiss his friend, but there was no jealousy or negative feelings since he trusted the two so much.

Still pressed against HyunJoong's side, JungMin watched them with a smile as he ran his hand up and down HyunJoong's arm. HyunJoong and KyuJong kissing should have been weird; it was his ex and his lover, but he was more turned on than anything. HyunJoong looked good kissing anyone. Not that he'd let anyone else but YoungSaeng and KyuJong touch him of course.

After a moment, KyuJong pulled back from the kiss, smiling down at HyunJoong before he settled back down against YoungSaeng. "He's a good kisser too," he murmured.

Chuckling, YoungSaeng shook his head and turned enough to kiss the other man.  " I have to agree there."

Hearing the comments, HyunJoong found himself reddening even more.  "Okay, now we're crossing into awkward," he muttered, slightly flustered.

JungMin blinked down at HyunJoong, amused. "We just had what amounts to a four way, twice, and him complimenting your kissing is the awkward bit?" Shaking his head he tapped the man on the nose with his finger. "You are strange."

"I'm pretty sure I made it clear last time that the rest was awkward, too," HyunJoong huffed, cheeks puffing slightly.

"So awkward, yet you enjoyed it," JungMin grinned, leaning down to give him a kiss.

"It's only awkward if we let it be," KyuJong shrugged, returning YoungSaeng's kiss. "We all trust each other, and love each other in different ways. This just brings us closer together."

Listening to KyuJong speak, HyunJoong had to nod his head.  He was right.  After meeting everyone, he truly didn't think he could not be with them anymore.  For so long it had been him and YoungSaeng against the world, but the other three seemed to fill in missing gaps that they hadn't known were there.

"I guess you're right," he nodded before smiling.  "It's still a bit odd, even you two have to admit it."

"Yeah, but I'm okay with that, and we'll get used to it I'm sure," JungMin shrugged. "Not that I think we'll be doing this all that often, but hey, at least we know it's not going to ruin our friendships, or our relationships."

KyuJong nodded, hugging YoungSaeng tighter. "Right."

Nodding his head, YoungSaeng rolled over and eased into the embrace.  "Right," he murmured, voice muffled a bit by the man's chest.

JungMin looked down at HyunJoong, kissing his cheek and curling up around him. "Time for sleep again?"

Looking over at HyunJoong, YoungSaeng had to laugh when he noticed that he was practically asleep already.  "I didn't think we'd tire him out so quickly."  He turned toward JungMin.  "Did he sleep at all earlier?"

"No, he didn't," JungMin smiled sadly, kissing his cheek again. "He's been a little stressed," he said, looking to YoungSaeng and KyuJong. "If anything, this helped put him to sleep finally."

"Well, no sense is waking him again to go back to your room," KyuJong said, pulling the covers up over them all with JungMin's help. "Let's just get some sleep."

Nodding his head, YoungSaeng curled up against KyuJong before gently reaching out to take HyunJoong's hand in his own, trying not to wake him up.  Even when he slept so deeply, there was still the chance of him waking up since he had only just fallen asleep.

Kissing YoungSaeng's shoulder again, KyuJong settled in and closed his eyes. The bed wasn't exactly big enough for all of them, but it was still comfortable with the four of them curled up together. Despite how other people might view it, it felt right.

--------------------------

HyunJoong finally woke when the sun broke into the room.  Opening his eyes slowly, he looked around to see that he was still in bed, curled up against JungMin with his hand in YoungSaeng's.

The rest had done a world of good, and he just laid there, not wanting to wake anyone, and just wanting to remain feeling so warm and comfortable.

A stray sliver of light through the curtains hit KyuJong directly in the eye and he blinked repeatedly, sniffing slightly as he woke up. Looking first at YoungSaeng who was still fast asleep, then at HyunJoong and JungMin, he smiled at the elder of the two. "Morning," he whispered. "You sleep okay?"

Looking over at KyuJong, he blinked a couple more times before nodding, small smile slipping onto his face.  "Like the dead.  I don't even remember falling asleep.  You?"

"Very well," KyuJong nodded. "We were in the midst of talking and you passed right out on us. Min said you hadn't slept at all when we went to take naps. I hope your mind is a little more settled now."

"I tried, but my mind wouldn't slow down enough," HyunJoong replied with a small chuckle before nodding his head.  "A little, yeah.  I still feel like something big is going to happen, but I don't get why I do.  I just feel like..." he trailed off, shifting slightly to look at JungMin, who was still asleep.

"Did you want to talk somewhere else? Where he can't hear?" KyuJong asked, frowning at what HyunJoong was saying. He still didn't quite understand what HyunJoong meant, but he wanted to know more about these feelings.

Debating with himself for a moment, HyunJoong finally nodded.  While he'd told JungMin, he didn't want to wake him or YoungSaeng.  Beside, his friend didn't need any more on his plate.

"Come on, we can go talk in JungMin's room," KyuJong said, kissing YoungSaeng's shoulder before he slid out of bed, grabbing some clothes and pulling them on.

Running his hand through JungMin's hair lightly, HyunJoong got to his feet and did the same.  Shuffling from one foot to the other, he waited for KyuJong to finish, trying to think of exactly what to say.

Motioning for HyunJoong to go first, KyuJong shut the door behind them and headed over to JungMin's room where they sat down on the bed. "Okay, I'm all ears."

Taking a seat on the bed, HyunJoong rested against the headboard.  "I'm scared that whatever's going to happen...is gonna make me lose him," he told him, leaning his head back with a sigh.  "I don't get it, but yeah..."

"Lose him? How?" KyuJong frowned a little at that. "I've known JungMin my whole life, I've never seen him as dedicated to some one, or some thing, as I've seen him towards you."

"That's the thing, though.  I haven't the slightest clue," HyunJoong replied.  "I've been trying to figure it out, and all I can come up with is this feeling that I'm going to lose everything," he explained.  "I can't feel taint like you guys can, but something is going on..."

KyuJong's chewed on his lip, unsure what to make of what HyunJoong was telling him. He had a theory though. "JungMin has told you that a shared bond between a predictor and someone is rare, yes?"

Tilting his head to the side, HyunJoong nodded.  "He said something about it only happening to people who are supposed to be together," he replied.

"Right," KyuJong nodded, rubbing his hands together slowly. "The reading that JungMin did on you, we know at some point something is going to happen to you, that the Formless One is going to make a move on you. With a shared bond, you feel the effects of that reading more profoundly than others would. The closer you get to that point marked in time, the more you'll feel it coming."

Listening carefully, HyunJoong found himself nodding.  It made sense.  "So he or it's going to come after me sometime soon then," he concluded, swallowing the lump that had formed in his throat.

KyuJong nodded slowly. "I'm sorry HyunJoong," he whispered, shifting around to put his arm around the other man's shoulder. "We're going to do our best to protect you though, he's not getting you without a fight."

Hesitating slightly, HyunJoong leaned into the hold with a sigh.  "At least I know what's going on now.  I seriously thought that I was losing my mind," he told him quietly.

"Not losing your mind," KyuJong smiled, leaning his head against HyunJoong's. "Just a few things got thrown at you, that you weren't prepared for, or should have had to deal with. We'll get through this."

Smiling, he found himself relaxing against KyuJong.  "Thanks, KyuJong ah," HyunJoong said, meaning every word.

"Welcome," KyuJong smiled. He hadn't spent as much time with HyunJoong as he had with YoungSaeng, and didn't know him as well, but hopefully after their time in the city they would be able to be closer. The group sex may have helped a bit too.

There was a light tap on the door, opening up to reveal JungMin. "There you are," JungMin visibly relaxed. "YoungSaeng thought you ran off together."

"Did not," YoungSaeng pouted, peeking around JungMin to see the two.  Looking closely at HyunJoong, he could still see the worry in his face, but at the same time, he seemed to be a bit more calm and relaxed.  "You okay, Hyun ah?"

Seeing YoungSaeng, he smiled and nodded.  Better, thanks to KyuJong.  You got yourself a good one, Saengie yah."

"Oh, well what am I then?" JungMin snorted, moving into the room and dropping down onto the bed next to HyunJoong. "Don't tell me you're going to fall for his charming disciple act too now."

Smiling at JungMin's cute act, HyunJoong shrugged, pretending to think.  "I don't know, Min.  He's pretty nice and very good looking..."

Grinning, he shook his head and kissed him.  "But lucky for you, I love you much more."

"...." JungMin stared blankly, not reacting to the kiss. "So you're saying he's nicer and better looking than me?"

Chuckling, KyuJong held out his hand to YoungSaeng for him to join. "Come here you."

"Nicer, yes...better looking?  Not a chance," HyunJoong replied.  "And don't even deny it.  He's nicer than you are."

Chuckling at the two, YoungSaeng smiled at KyuJong before taking his hand and climbing into the bed and kissing KyuJong before settling in his arms.

Even though he knew it was true, JungMin still balked. "I'm nice!"

"Only if it gets you something, even then you're kind of an ass about it," KyuJong put in, cuddling happily with YoungSaeng.

Grinning, HyunJoong nodded.  "But I can be the same, which is why we work so well," he pointed out.

JungMin was still grumbling but had to agree. They did work out well. He leaned over and rested his chin on HyunJoong's shoulder. "You're kind of a brat, you know that?"

Smiling softly, HyunJoong tilted his head to the side and kissed him quickly.  "Yeah, but you're kind of stuck with me."

"Wouldn't have it any other way," JungMin smiled, keeping HyunJoong's head still and returning the kiss, deepening it.

"Well, I think that's enough for us," KyuJong said, rolling his eyes. "We need to get going Saeng."

At KyuJong's statement, YoungSaeng felt his nerves act up again.  "Do we have to?" he whined, but got up anyway.  He knew they did, but it didn't make it any less nerve-wracking.

Smiling sadly at him, KyuJong nodded and slid off the bed after him. "There anything I can do to help calm you down?" he asked, wrapping his arms around his lover's waist. It wouldn't be good if YoungSaeng was too wound up when they got there, he'd just make himself sick.

Smiling reassuringly, YoungSaeng shook his head.  "I'll be fine, KyuJong ah.  You'll be there with me, so it'll be alright."

"Okay, let's get dressed and get some breakfast," KyuJong nodded, leaning down to give him a kiss before leading him over to the door. He glanced at the bed as they left the room, but JungMin and HyunJoong didn't seem like they'd noticed they were leaving.

Closing the door behind him, he took YoungSaeng's hand to lead him back to their room to get changed and pack up their stuff. It would have to be ready to go once they got back.

Following after KyuJong, YoungSaeng entered the room and padded over to his belongings that were in one corner of the room.  Once he'd changed into a fresh set of clothes, he took a seat on the floor and began to pack his belongings.

Nearly done, he stumbled on the two books that he had been given.  "Kyu yah, are they going to take these away?" he asked, clutching one of them to his chest as he turned to look at KyuJong inquisitively.

Looking over at him in the midst of pulling out clothes to change in, KyuJong frowned slightly. "I'm not sure Saeng," he replied softly, shaking his head. "They're old and precious books to the Light, the historians would want them back."

Setting the clothes aside he scooted over to put his arm around YoungSaeng's waist. "The question is, do you need them?"

Leaning into the hold, YoungSaeng shrugged.  "Probably not," he murmured.  "I've just had them for so long and they've helped so much."  Pausing, he shifted slightly and returned them to his bag.  "I guess if they want them, then they can have them back," he pouted slightly before closing his bag up and moving on to the bow, making sure it and the arrows were secure.

"Well, it's not like you need to even really mention you have them," KyuJong said, returning to his bag to change out of his clothes. Luckily HyungJoon's parents had done laundry for them all. At the bottom of his bag was the white cloak of his order. Pulling it out, he smiled sadly at it. How long had it been since he'd worn this? Not since that first day in the village, before he'd met YoungSaeng.

Even as he put it on, it felt uncomfortable, confining. It wasn't who he was anymore, that he was sure of. After today, he wouldn't wear it again. "Ready to go?" he asked, closing up his bag and turning to YoungSaeng.

Looking up with a nod, YoungSaeng had to pause at seeing KyuJong in the cloak.  It brought back memories of when he'd first seen him, the white drawing his eye.  "...you're really going to leave your order?" he asked.

Nodding with a smile, KyuJong looked down at the cloak then back up at him. "This doesn't look right on me," he said, coming forward slowly to kneel down in front of YoungSaeng. "You know what does?"

Blinking when KyuJong knelt before him, YoungSaeng slowly shook his head.  "No, what?" he asked.

Smiling, KyuJong leaned forward, taking YoungSaeng's chin in hand as he pressed their lips together in a light kiss. "You," he whispered.

Responding to the kiss, YoungSaeng had to smile.  "I suppose when we get the time to relax, we'll have to see just how true that is," he murmured, breath caressing his lips.

"I'm sure we will," KyuJong chuckled, giving him another kiss before straightening back up and holding his hands out to help YoungSaeng up. "Come on, let's go eat and get going."

Smiling up at him, YoungSaeng took his hands and got to his feet, gathering up his things.  "I'm starving.  Will it just be us eating now?  It's really early, after all."

"Don't know, guess we'll have to see who's up," KyuJong said. "I doubt JungMin and HyunJoong will be getting out of bed much today, but maybe the girls are up." Taking YoungSaeng's hand, he led the other from the room and back down the stairs.

Hearing approaching footsteps, EunAh ran out of the kitchen and up to the staircase to see her brother and YoungSaeng walking down.  "Oppa!  I made you breakfast!" she beamed, bouncing slightly with her arms linked behind her back.

"Oh you did?" KyuJong chuckled, following her down into the kitchen. "Thank you EunAh, we appreciate that."

"It's fine.  I made KiBummie help me," she replied with a smile as she led them into the kitchen where KiBum was setting out bowls and plates.  "Sit, sit!  I hope you like it.  I found one of Umma's recipes and decided to try it."

Leading YoungSaeng to a seat, KyuJong clapped KiBum lightly on the shoulder. "She's already got you wrapped around her little finger. You sure you two are just friends?" he laughed, Taking the chair next to YoungSaeng's. "It smells wonderful EunAh."

KiBum blushed brightly at the comment.  "You try saying no to her when she's like this," he muttered, casting a side glance at the girl as she bustled around the kitchen, blush somehow managing to darken.

YoungSaeng chuckled softly.  "Leave the poor thing alone, Kyu yah," he teased

EunAh walked over to the table and carefully poured them both some of the soup while KiBum brought over the bread, placing it in the middle of the table.

"Did you make everything yourself?" YoungSaeng asked, impressed.

"Mhmm!" she replied, nodding her head.

"EunAh's always been a good cook, she learned from the best," KyuJong smiled at his sister, taking some bread to dip into his soup. Taking an experimental bite and chewing, he nodded and smiled broadly at his sister. "Tastes just like Umma made it."

EunAh had been watching closely as KyuJong took a bite.  When he said he liked it, she threw her hands up in happiness before latching onto KiBum, who couldn't possible turn and redder.

Laughing at the cute scene, YoungSaeng took a bite as well, perking up immediately at the flavor.  "This is amazing..." he murmured, taking another bite.

"It is," KyuJong agreed, continuing to eat. "Is your brother still sleeping KiBum?" KyuJong asked when he was most of the way through his breakfast.

KiBum nodded his head.  "He woke up earlier when Appa asked him to do a chore, but went right back to sleep.  Do you need me to wake him up?" he asked.

"Could you? I need to give him the heads up on what's going on today," KyuJong nodded.

"Sure thing, Hyung."  With that, KiBum ran upstairs.  A couple minutes later, YoungSaeng choked when he heard the scream followed by the loud thud.  Looking up when he heard someone come down the stairs, he snorted and buried his face in KyuJong's shoulder when he saw HyungJoon enter the kitchen soaking wet and muttering threats under his breath.

Chewing slowly, KyuJong watched HyungJoon come into the kitchen. "Well I see your brother is the same as ever," he nodded, finishing up his soup and pushing the bowl away. "Wanted to let you know what the plan is for today."

Dropping into the chair, HyungJoon nodded his head, looking up with a smile as EunAh brought him some food.  "So what's the plan then?" he asked before taking a bite, then ranting to EunAh about how amazing it was.

"Saeng and I are heading to the temple here in the capitol to hopefully get some answers, and then coming back here," KyuJong said, sitting back in his chair. "So if you're still going with us, you'll need to be ready to go soon as we get back, we're heading out straight away."

Nodding his head, HyungJoon continued to eat. Once he finished, he set the bowl aside and looked up again.  "How long do you think you'll be, because I need to bathe and kill my brother before I pack."

KyuJong laughed at that. "Hopefully not too long, but I'm sure you'll have plenty of time to bathe and get ready." Glancing over at his sister, KyuJong leaned in a little to HyungJoon. "But, keep your brother alive, for EunAh's sake?"

HyungJoon sighed dramatically.  "Oh fine, but only because I like her so much."  Getting to his feet, HyungJoon praised EunAh's cooling once more before heading back upstairs.

YoungSaeng grinned.  "Well t hat was interesting."

"You haven't spent much time with HyungJoon, he's an interesting person," KyuJong smiled, looking over at YoungSaeng and smiling sadly. "Ready?"

"No, but we should get going anyway," YoungSaeng replied quietly as he slowly got to his feet before turning toward EunAh.  "Thank you for the food, EunAh yah.  It was the best I've had in years."

"No need to thank me, YoungSaeng oppa.  Just come back to visit soon so we can get to know each other better."

"We'll be back later to say our goodbyes," KyuJong said, giving his sister a quick hug before taking YoungSaeng's hand and leading him to the door. Once outside, he turned them toward the direction of the center of town. "It's going to be a long walk," KyuJong said, smiling down at YoungSaeng "The temple is a good half hour walk from here, you'll get to see a good portion of the city has to offer."

"After all this time walking, a half hour is nothing," YoungSaeng pointed out, lacing their fingers together.  "Anyway, I wanted to see the city, right?" he said, smiling.

"Right," KyuJong smiled, pulling him along down the street. They were given some odd looks though. While their relationship wouldn't be considered odd normally, the white cloak stood out enough that people would be curious. Most people believed that a disciple was pure and celibate. Not that they had ever done anything to dissuade the idea, but it couldn't have been further from the truth.
