Are You Ready For Some Football
Well it's that time again...and I for one cannot wait to spend my Sundays watching Football. I'm looking forward to this season because I have joined a Fantasy Football League and looking forward to utilizing my GM skills or in this case my lack there of. So far, I am off to a bad start....Fantasy Football 101....RB's should be ranked first...I did not know that which would explain why I didn't receive decent RB and WR's due to the pre rankings that I did myself, which placed my favorites players up there and everybody else down on the list. Other than McNabb, Gonzalez, and Adam Vinatieri, I don't know much about my other players and I pride myself on knowing a majority of the players in the league so basically, I have my work cut out for me. I'm trying to make some trades to no avail....I offered McNabb for 2 players...preferably a good RB and so so WR....but I got laughed at by my fellow leaguers....hopefully somebody needs a QB desperately that they are willing to trade. I don't mind letting McNabb go and picking up another QB or starting my backup QB, Mr Michael Vick, but I'm hestitant to start Vick because of his fondness of running the ball himself but since our league has only 8 managers, I'm sure I can find a decent QB that hasn't been picked up yet. So advice and pointers are welcome unless they are from my fellow leaguers, which I don't want to hear from :).
