... and kicking. Haven't been home much lately, been busy rehersing for my gig in 2 weeks. That and have had some stuff on my mind that I can't seem to shake... Don't want to get into that right now. Affraid. That is all I will say. I only fear one thing in life, and it has been haunting me like a night stalking shadow.

Anyway, doing more recording tomorrow morning. Have a 6 hour rehersal, recording and practicing and writing. It is gonna be exausting. Sorry for the short update, just thought I'd let you all know I am still breathing...
