I don't even know why I post here anymore. I don't think anyone reads this. :P

Q is in 29 Palms. He's going to be learning "basic data and communicatiosn maintenance" and then he'll get assigned to a primary MOS (military occupational specialty) in the 28** field (data/communications maintenance) and he'll get more training in that. He should be there for about a year and half... which means I'm moving to CALIFORNIA! It's southern California and in the middle of the desert. With any luck I'll be out there in the next 2 months or so. We should have more information tomorrow or at least by the end of the week.
I'm as excited as a lil kid on Christmas morning. I can't wait.
That's pretty much life right now. I'm playing the "hurry up and wait" game. There's a chance Q could come home for RA (recruiters assitance) and then move me out. There's a chance we'll just ship my stuff out and I'll fly out when a house opens up. Everything is basically up in the air until the Corps lets us know what we're doing! lol.
Until we actually get info, I'm working and going crazy missing him! He's finally got internet access and can use his phone so that makes it a lot easier. It's nice being able to not only talk to him on regular basis, but for more than 2 minutes at a time. We spent almost all day yesterday on webcams and it was so great. Sounds silly I guess, but it's just nice to actually be able to SEE him. :)
