Randomly saw they were playing a local show, so Hannah and I immediately got on it. What's funny is I hadn't even heard of the headliner (Sweethead), and was mainly there for Nico Vega. For anyone who has never heard of them, they're a 3-person band with no bass player... think White Stripes, but the style is completely different ( Read more... )

It was my second time seeing them live, and still a lot of fun. The down side was that the sound system was less than satisfactory, especially for the vocals. You could hear the music fine, but the vocals were so hard to hear, which is unfortunate for Lacuna Coil since one of the things that give them their distinctive style IMO, is Cristina's ( Read more... )
