I went to Niagara Falls this past weekend. Wasfeh and I left Saturday morning and stayed until yesterday afternoon. We went in haunted houses, walked along the strip, got ice cream about twenty times, went to the Ripley's museums, rode the 4D Moving Theatre ride, took the Maiden of the Mist right up to the falls where we received a shower from Niagara Falls, ate great food, took a ton of pictures and had an awesome weekend.
Today I have done nearly nothing all day because...well...I don't know. I left an away message up for people to hang out with me but no one acted on it! I did get my haircut...it's pretty much the same, except it's shorter with more side bangs. I also helped cook dinner. Tonight I cut chicken into large cubes and marinated them in basalmic vinegar and crushed garlic and olive oil and then cooked them in a skillet with Italian bread crumbs and parmesan cheese. Yes, it was excellent.
Now I am bored. I asked my mom to go to the gym or bike ride with me but she wasn't interested. Jessica is ALWAYS with her boyfriend and Kaleigh is at her friend's house. I guess I am going to go up to my bedroom to read my book and clean out my closet because it needs it again and because I should donate my old clothes to the poor because I am so blessed to have all of my possessions.
I work from 10:30-7:00 tomorrow. I <3 my job. Filling prescriptions, calling Dr.'s offices, learning about drug-drug interactions and counseling patients (well, kind-of counseling patients...I'm getting there) is what I love most about being a Pharm intern.
Do you guys remember Andy Petrovics? He was "the pastor's son" back when I was in middle school. Well, I think I saw him today at Meijer. I went in today to buy garlic cloves and there he was working in the produce department. He looked at me and smiled like he remembered me, but I was in a hurry and left. I wanted to ask him if he was Andy and if he was the pastor's son from middle school, but I thought that would be ridiculous. I'll have to find out and see if it is him. I hope things are going as splendidly for him as they are going for me!
Hopefully after work tomorrow I will see Wasfeh. We need to double date with some people. Double dates are so much fun. Laura, Amanda....maybe we could all TRIPLE DATE! That would be awesome.
I ate too many Hershey's kisses. My tummy hurts. And no, I don't have to go to the bathroom. It just hurts.
